It was literally depressing in there. Food was subpar service, which wasn't that much better. Ordered 3 appetizers received the 3rd one an hour later when we were about to leave. They brought out our steaks and then had the audacity to say that our sides weren't ready and they would bring them out as they were done. SERIOUSLY. The waiter was like it's crazy in the kitchen right now, and we don't really have too many sides available. Ask another server for a refill to which she gladly did and iur server scolded her for it from across the room. Never going back ever...

I made a recent visit and I was amazed with my service!! Julianne was extremely attentive and welcoming!! I was unsure what I wanted off the menu but Julianne was very understanding and made some great suggestions her advice led me to one of the greatest meals I’ve had and the service she provided was 10/10! she was prompt, courteous, and friendly thanks to her id definitely be making red lobster my to go place!! I sure will be sharing my experience with all my family and friends!!

My mother in law celebrated her 87th birthday and Aubrey Sepeda made her feel very very special. My wife and I were also very blessed by her hospitality. Our waiter Oscar did an excellent job too! My mother in law will remember this for many years.
Our waitress Kara was beyond amazing! She put gloves on to show my daughter how to crack crab legs! She also noticed they were over done and had a new plate made. She was so wonderful! She went above and beyond our whole meal! She is a true gem to the restaurant!
My food came out so good and hot the flavor was amazing and our server Liz made the experience even better with making sure our drinks were full and always smiling!

This review is based mostly on service. I called 2 weeks ago wanting to reserve my order for today as it was going to be for a gathering. I was told it was too early. So I called a few days prior to see if I can go ahead and place it. I was told no it has to be the day of, but not to worry the lady that answered said she would be there and make sure we got our order on time. So today at 10:30am I placed the order to be ready at 1:30pm. Tell me why when my brother went to pick up the order they said sorry they just started making it. Our party was pushed back at least 30min and I ordered some family size trays of pasta, one of them barely had Alfredo sauce and so it was like eating dry noodles.

Worst. Restaurant. Ever. We had to beg for a glass of water (twice), beg for biscuits, my soup arrived luke water and I literally had to stand up and wave my arms to get any attention. I shared my husbands meal while I waited for mine to return. 15 minutes later it finally showed up again. We even had to beg for the ticket so we could leave!
Service was not very good today. I understand at the time there was a party going on but our server should have still made an effort to check on us. I've asked another waitress to help and service was still not helpful.

Our waitress needed more training. She was great at cleaning tables. She took our drink order but we had to ask if it was up yet. She took our food order and after another round of late drinks had to ask where our food was. We took it to go after an hour and 1/2. No excuses. No $ off. Very very very disappointing.

Sadly the last few times we have been have been far from the best. The food was subpar. One of the managers loves to converse with regulars which is great to a point but when you talk so loud about your conversation it’s too much. I came to dine and converse with the person I showed up with. Red lobster used to be our go to but sadly we will not be coming back.
