My wife and I ate there for the first time today. Great food, friendly helpful staff. It's NOT a fast food place so plan on a nice relaxed atmosphere. Prices seem a little high until you get the plate- large portions. I had the etouffe with shrimp, SO good. My wife had shrimp gumbo and fried mushrooms. All good, definately planning on going back.

C'est délicieux. No idea what it means but I've been talking like that since tha ru hit my task buds y'all.
I tried the crawfish mac ’n’ cheese, the shrimp and okra gumbo, and the catfish platter—and Seaux Cajun did not miss on a single dish. The crawfish mac ’n’ cheese had a smooth, subtle crawfish flavor without that artificial “cheese from a jar” taste with perfect little pieces of crawfish mixed in, giving it a rich but balanced profile. The shrimp and okra gumbo was outstanding, made with a perfectly darkened roux and a spot-on consistency. It tasted like real, slow-cooked Cajun comfort. The fried catfish was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had—thick, succulent, seasoned beautifully, and cooked to perfection. The shrimp matched that same high standard, and the hushpuppies added the perfect touch of sweetness with bits of real corn in the batter. Pairing everything with their homemade tartar sauce took the whole plate to another level. From the food to the warm, cozy atmosphere, this was a top tier dining experience. Amazing flavors, authentic Cajun preparation, and truly memorable dishes. I’d happily call this a 10 out of 10 and can’t wait to go back.

They used to operate a food truck at different locations. They also have catered many events. It's awesome that they now have a restaurant for dining in. Lots of menu items, but I've only ordered shrimp or crawfish po' boys and never been disappointed. I was able to watch the servers bringing out different items and it all looked great. Might try the catfish next.

My husband and I have eaten there twice and have really enjoyed it. I do recommend Seaux Cajun
