Took over 40 minutes for 2 corn dogs and 2 limeades. Waited at the window for 20 and the only time they came to me was to give me the wrong order. I can't comprehend why such a basic order would take so long to complete.

Couldn't get Noone at drive thru so pulled up to window and ordered. Hamburgers were stopped with mayo and mustard loaded with onions which I can't eat no veggies or extra pickles on mine. Called to make them aware lady answering stated nothing would be done because I dont have ticket number. UGH...wasted money had to throw in trash as it was unedible.

Awful. I worked at sonic b4 too. Fries were dark brown and taste like old grease. Caramel milk shake was disgusting. May have been straight whipped chemical cream. Didn't taste like caramel at all

Food was horrible cold hard and old even after they got the order wrong 3 time it still wasn’t right and by the time they got it right my food that was right was cold no apology no nothing had to ask for my drinks why they just let them sit in the window the whole time the smasher that I order for my boys was horrible no cheese no sauce nothing the double burger I ordered was a single burger that looked like it was old in order 2 combos they give me the bag back with no fries or tater tots horrible this sonic need to be shutdown and my order was 47.00 only for it to be horrible and taste like crap 951 Montlimar Drive

Ordered through the app. They got my drink wrong twice, didn't add my sauces in the bag, and made my sandwiches wrong I had to go back 4 times. Clearly competence isn't a needed trait to work here. Since I ordered on the app I had to call a phone number to get a refund.

My mom and I went to this sonic in Victoria. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two #9 ( two hotdogs, two large tater tots and two large drinks) when we pulled up to the window, they tried giving us the wrong order, then once they found our order they only had 1 order but not the second order. Then ended up charging us 2 different times and still messed up on the order by only having tatertots for one order instead of both orders. We sat in the drive thru line for at least 30 mins waiting

The best place to get a refreshing drink on a hot day. I absolutely love getting anything limeade, and my dog enjoys the water and the pup cups! Speaking of pup cups, all I ordered was a water for him, but the kind waitress insisted and that was the sweetest thing ever and I'm sure it made all of our day 😊 plus, the pickle fries and jalapeño poppers are to die for when you are in a snacking mood! My grandparents love the onion rings too

Went thru the drive through ordered two #9, foot long coney dog, 2 orders of tater tots, large coke , large strawberry limeade. Employee read off what I ordered. Got 1 coney dog 1 tater tots and the drinks. I told the employee that I ordered 2 #9. And what I received. So they fixed my order but didn't want to fix the order to charge me what I should paid. Instead gave me a coupon for an extra drink. I won't deal with sonic employees on Navarro in Victoria TX . Disappointed , will not do business there again. Staff needs more training.
