I’ve been to the sonic a few times because my house is close To this location, I’ve had three bad encounters with the food I ordered a burger a few months ago with a mill and when I got the burger, it was very, very small with everything. I did not want on it. Then there was a time where I received One out of three items in my bag Now this time I went and when I got my shake, I did not look at it until I got on the road and it looks like it has been tampered with or that it was someone else’s that they already messed with Did not have whipped cream and the lid had the shake smeared all over it and was more than halfway melted Had a indent in the cup, where the straw was but was taken out I am very upset with this location’s service. I don’t think I will be going back. Why would I receive a shake like this? Why would they serve anybody with food that has not been prepared right or tampered with why am I constantly missing items in my order?

Placed an online order. Prepare for immediate pickup. Arrived, checked in, waited approximately 20 minutes and left. Ie, was in the drive up pickup spots.
This was the second time I've had issues with an online placed order. Previously, after check in, waiting 20 minutes for a blast, I drove around to the drive up window to wait an additional 10 minutes.
They have failed to observe request for light ice enough times I don't leave without checking, 4 times on a drink, I've had to send them back to redo as light ice. 1 time recently, left without checking because of being in a hurry, ended up getting 4 straw sips out of a large drink, and it was empty.
I will not return to this specific Sonic!

They act like they are doing you a favor to bring your food out. No feeling of being a valued customer. We normally go to the other locations and now I know why. We sat & sat waiting for someone to answer the red button and they were not busy either. This location seriously need to consider how they interact with its customers and try better and more. "Food" for thought....

Went for a quick bite to eat while the kids were away, took 10min to take my order then sat there for another 30min and still didn't get the food. Managers need to get it in order. When I was at the window all the kids were leaning on the counter talking. Horrible location. 1/10

This particular place is on the Houston Hwy, and all the car hops seemed like they were new. I had 2 of them bring me someone else's order, and the one that brought my order was asking me to pay but I had payed with a credit card, but she didn't know, apparently. Then, I had to ask for missing condiments that were not even offered. But at least the food order itself was correct. So they eventually got it right.

I personally love Sonic so much but this place was horrible I recently had a friend that worked there and she said the manager is unreliable and very disrespectful and has unrealistic expectations of that place because she only has kids working there also she lacks communication skills very tempered when I was up there the kids look so lost and as kids I mean the workers anyways have nothing good to say about this place don't let your kids work there please I seen so much go on I understand you have to bring your kids to a work place if you don't have no one to watch them but if you're on the clock and your children are there you should really discipline them but figure it out Sonic it said that the wrong managers got fired

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They do not want to do their job can't answer simple questions, the manager obviously doesn't know how they do her job properly. They seriously need new management who is competent enough to do a job that a monkey could do. Definitely would recommend a different location. And if you want to place a call in order definitely don't use this location they either will not answer the phone or they will leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring and they don't have to to extra work.
