Ordered my food online go pick up my food still not ready kids working in this location rude asf manager older enough to be my kid n can't even explain why my food not ready like wats the point on ordering online if I can't get my food when I arrive

They act like they are doing you a favor to bring your food out. No feeling of being a valued customer.
We normally go to the other locations and now I know why.
We sat & sat waiting for someone to answer the red button and they were not busy either.
This location seriously need to consider how they interact with its customers and try better and more.
"Food" for thought....

Went for a quick bite to eat while the kids were away, took 10min to take my order then sat there for another 30min and still didn't get the food. Managers need to get it in order. When I was at the window all the kids were leaning on the counter talking. Horrible location.

This particular place is on the Houston Hwy, and all the car hops seemed like they were new. I had 2 of them bring me someone else's order, and the one that brought my order was asking me to pay but I had payed with a credit card, but she didn't know, apparently. Then, I had to ask for missing condiments that were not even offered. But at least the food order itself was correct. So they eventually got it right.

I personally love Sonic so much but this place was horrible I recently had a friend that worked there and she said the manager is unreliable and very disrespectful and has unrealistic expectations of that place because she only has kids working there also she lacks communication skills very tempered when I was up there the kids look so lost and as kids I mean the workers anyways have nothing good to say about this place don't let your kids work there please I seen so much go on I understand you have to bring your kids to a work place if you don't have no one to watch them but if you're on the clock and your children are there you should really discipline them but figure it out Sonic it said that the wrong managers got fired

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. They do not want to do their job can't answer simple questions, the manager obviously doesn't know how they do her job properly. They seriously need new management who is competent enough to do a job that a monkey could do. Definitely would recommend a different location. And if you want to place a call in order definitely don't use this location they either will not answer the phone or they will leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring and they don't have to to extra work.

Ordered 2 kids meals. Figured they’d be separated and each have a kids prize? My kids have gotten a prize in theirs before. So. But no. Both meals were put into 1 bag. No prize either. One of the corn dogs was over cooked too. Just went and got a Wendy’s kids meal instead. They loved it. The Wendy’s on Houston highway across from this sonic is the better option. We don’t get much take out either and this sonic sucked.

The drive thru took 15 minutes, and all I got was tater tots and a coke. Only 1 person in front of me. As of August 3,2024, I ordered a Super Sonic Breakfast burrito advertised on the sign for $3.59. They charged me $4 something, with tax, it was $5 something. Plus, I didn't even receive the Super! It was something else with barely any onions or tomatoes and no jalapeños. Service was polite and said she'd report it to the general manager.

I waited for my food for just under 30 minutes. Mobile order. It was just 2 drinks and a large tater tot toppings. Had to push the button and call to ask about it. When it came, there was chili on the tots when I didn't order that. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but that's the second time they've done that exact thing to my order. They also didn't provide a fork. All-around frustrating. I expect better from Sonic. 20 years ago, they were better.
