Love my drinks, but I ordered my drinks 20 minutes before I got there today, and they weren’t ready. At first I wondered if they were just busy, but the place was empty.

The drivethru was long so we went inside thinking we would get faster service and we were so wrong! We waited almost 30 mins for 2 drinks and a sandwich. We were the first 2 in there but we watch at least 4 online orders get done before us.. the man who took our order and made our sandwich go on break while still waiting for drinks… the drive through served at least 15 cars while we waited worst Starbucks ever
When you call and call and they don't answer it makes me wonder if they just don't want to answer when the service on the website says that they are not busy 🤔

This has to have been my 2nd visit ever, I know right!! But still I usually go to another location. I ordered online and was going to go through the drive thru but the line was to long so I went inside and i didn't know what to do. My only issue was that noone greeted me and I had no idea where to go or who to talk to. The staff just kind of glanced at me and then continued with what they where doing. When I went to ask where I could get my order or how to go about getting it, I was told where the online orders where located. So I waited for a moment and then I walked up to check and my orders where ready. They where very fast because I was only like 3 minutes away. But again noone called out the order name so I had to check if mine was there. Otherwise it was a good visit.
