Great service. Went for my lunch around 11 and the people working there are nice and respectful. there were couple of people ahead of me and I think they were making big online order (5+ subs) but service was quick and great. Food was fresh and pricing is great compared to other Subways in Victoria when viewed with overall quality of food and service.

The food was good the restaurant was clean. The service sucked i got the garlic steak sandwich, i asked the indian guy to add more peppers and onions because he only put 3 pieces on a foot long he added 3 more, i asked him to add some peppers and onions acted like it was a chore to add more peppers and onions and got snotty i told him to add a decent amount ofnthem or id go somewhere else, he then toasted it and i asked for tomatoes he added 4 slices, i asked him to add more and he gave me attitude because i asked for so much peppers and onions, then he didnt want to add any garlic sauce andnhe didnt cut it in half. I wont ever be back to this location again

I went here to eat a footlong on Saturday. After eating, I got very sick. The spinach is not being washed. They were filthy and the workers are lazy and rude. A few hours later, I experienced extreme abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. I know that raw spinach needs to be washed because it carries Ecoli and poses a high risk for norovirus. I am never eating here again as this was the worst experience to go through. I'm still sick and I want to let others know not to go here if you cherish your health.

The old men with no hair and no name tag on him just ruined my day. I ordered couple sandwiches and he looked upset for no reason. Then I gave him some coupon that obviously I can use, but he refused it. Even he tapped on the table so hard in front of me while saying no coupon. He could've explained nicely, instead he just being rude to customer. I asked why he can't accept coupon, but his explanation totally different from term and condition on those coupon. At the end, he forced me to pay for 6 inch sandwich which I didn't order. Didn't want to argue more, I just paid it and leave. I love sandwich in Subway, but if they can't train their employee well, better find another one that know exactly how to serve customer better. Shame on him.
