1st time stop bcz of recommendations..owner was nice and place was very cleaned..ordered the boudin jalapeño cheese kolashe and this was so delicious..2 glazed donuts with it and he added 2 donut holes..this was delicious and the taste was awesome. Ordered a dozen donuts to go and again added 6 more donut holes..this is my place for donuts..

When it comes to small businesses I have a real bad soft spot. And even if the “service” isn’t perfect. I’m very forgiving. Though the way this man treated me this morning. Had my blood fuming. Y’all can call me petty, etc. Though personally I want every single possible cent back. I won’t take what I’ve consumed, but I will ask for things that are appropriate. (especially tips that I felt is necessary and essential for businesses even if it’s not a lot. I believe every penny and dime counts) Especially when you treat me ugly. So this incident happened not even 30 minutes ago. It is 9:06 AM and this morning my sister spoke to me and she said “hey I want coffee and breakfast”. And that’s my sister. I’m gonna do anything for her and so I went this morning and I ordered my stuff and I told him I wanted green tea. Though for some reason, he said chai something. I assumed it was like a chai green tea so he heated up our croissants and brought back our drinks.. He had my sisters drink, correct however, when I mentioned my drink being wrong, his attitude and demeanor completely changed. He was obviously very angry with me for the mistake (may that I remind you, which was his own mistake). Tried telling me that I ordered the chai not the green tea. Like I know what I want. Normally miscommunications happen all the time especially coming from a Mexican background and my relatives are native Spanish speakers. So miscommunication happens all the time in my family. (This employee is also obviously ethnic. Which is why I mention miscommunications) So I went back there to tell him properly instead of blowing up and letting my anger get the best of me. because I know my intentions at heart.. sometimes people make it harder than what it needs to be. And because of the first interaction, I knew I should record. Because people will try to take things out of context (especially what you say) when you know what it really is. so I did. so this is the man who mistreated me and like I’ve said in the video I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. Especially with my family and especially with my friends. However, because of this incident, I will never be spending money here again. Though I am very heartbroken and sad, because I love helping small businesses out. Especially, because I see my dad, when I look at other small businesses) My dad, whom had a small business himself. (He lost it due to the lack of business because of Covid) Y’all please excuse my behavior, please excuse my anger. I wanted to express it in a healthy manner. And to also not ruin my sisters day. (Especially right before work. For context I drop her off to work so she’s not sweating in the heat or passing out) She needed a ride so of course I’m gonna take her out to breakfast and coffee before she goes in. And to anyone who knows a better and safer spot for girls to just sit and eat. Please let me know.

The donuts are good, however as a workplace, not so much. Yeah, I didn’t go to bed at 8:30 pm so I could get up at 3:00 am to go to work so I could get reprimanded at 6:00am like a red headed step child. Why? For throwing out a greasy bag with a day old muffin in it that the wife wanted but failed to tell me so or better yet, place in a better location other than the top of donut case. It was peace out for me after that little attack. Over a muffin. Get over it and make a fresh one already.

Super donut has an incredible selection of donuts and kolaches; the only way that I start my mornings! I heard they make their donuts fresh everyday starting super early, and despite that, the staff is so friendly and attentive throughout the day. Clean store too!
