Had the fried catfish. It came translucent. Don’t like to send food back but couldn’t eat it raw.
Their frying oil needs to be changed more often. Couldn’t eat the fries.
Won’t be going back.

I’ve been to this location twice. 1st time the service was bad but everything else was great. 2nd time our food came out overcooked and unseasoned and the fried pickles we got i WISH i took a picture. the pickles they fried were comically thin. they tried to help the seasoning issue but giving me the seasoning on the side doesn’t make up for the seafood literally not being boiled in the seasoning.

The absolute worst food I’ve had the displeasure of eating. They served me frozen crawfish even in the middle of crawfish season without saying it’s frozen. The crawfish tasted old, disgusting, and were full of eggs and had black tail meat. Plus the seasoning was not good either. I would never eat here again and just thinking about their food makes me nauseous all over again. Completely overpriced for how inedible it was. Please do yourself a favor and never eat here.

It would get 5 stars except, one raw oyster was bad, and we sent it back, and they never even bothered to replace it. And they brought "butter," but it was obviously margarine or a mix. I'm highly sensitive to seed and soy oils so I can smell it. Also, it had no milk partials in the bottom, and as it set on the table and cooled, it didn't cloud over.. deffo, NOT BUTTER. The food was delicious, but I'm a bit achy today, probably from fake butter used in the cooking. We were afraid of the Express on the sign and almost didn't open the door. I mean, express seafood? But we opened the door and had hope, looked at the menu, and set down. It was not an EXPRESS it was a real seafood restaurant. It would be perfect if they didn't use fake butter.. the server actually thought it was butter,I find many servers will swear its real butter, but they actually don't know.

The food was so good, we ate there again the next day! Really a gem ? ✨️ food was full of flavor. Fried rice was on point, I added some butter sauce to it and that gave it a touch of garlic ? .
