truly Busy - hard work for employees to getter done & get it out.. stopped 4 wiping their counters, tables, trash and tray area along with soda area.. then skiddadled and left em to fill them Orders ! go team

I haven’t been inside of a TB for years. I was craving the chicken nuggets I had heard about and wanted to give them a try. I walked in and immediately saw that everything was kiosk ordering. You have to punch in your own order!!!! Wow, guess it’s too much for counter help anymore here. Once I figured that out, I placed my order and waited for my “food”. TB has definitely gotten pricey for what it is! The nuggets, although hot, had zero crunch and were almost mushy. The breading was soft and the nuggets were dry. The sauce was far from good and had an artificial taste. I also ordered some kind of a crunch wrap, that advertised with meat, but it barely had any. Almost $8 for that!!! Poor quality food and zero customer service. I won’t be back.

Food tasted as good as before, but this time, I was a bit disappointed in how they really held back. I know fast food drink, lots of ice, but this time, it was LOTS of ice. Nearly 2/3 of the cup was ice. My crunch wrap supreme had about two bites of meat, 80% veggies, and 20% meat. And from below, is my beefy 5 layer burrito. I ordered it with no beans, but it shouldn't be this empty. I had 5 full bites of tortilla. I understand that it'll give less if you order without beans, but this is the first time, that Taco bell had really skimped on the ingredients this time. And they forgot the forks for my fiesta potatoes. I ate it with my fingers.
A positive was that the lady was pretty nice 👍

Food tasted old and made us sick for multiple days. Went for the 3.14 Mexican pizza. Will be back I'm sure cuz it's taco bell, but definitely not for a long time. The Mexican pizza tasted like old oil and tasted off in general wound up throwing it away after only a few bites.
