I am usually not one to complain, so I am going to start with the pros...employees were kind, attentive & friendly. And, the place was clean. However, the meat was flavorless, it was like they forgot to season it...extremely disappointing as I spent $26 dollars for my family of 3...it was so flavorless I will not be going back. The one back home where I live was delicious so I thought it was going to be good here too.
Walked in and NOT one other person there and yet we stood at the front counter with employee tapping on screen. Did not ask to take order or it would be a minute.I finally asked, is this where we place our order? Her response, "Oh yeah, whenever you're ready." Food was not flavorful, sides were the best, rice, beans, chips dip pretty good. Tacos and burritos nah.... Don't waste your $$$
I am a huge fan of Bueno. Been a customer for over 20 years and was excited they were coming to Victoria but this location has been a disappointment. The chairs in the dining room are horrible, metal, no padding and small. The food is very inconsistent and the staff doesn't really know the menu. Glad they brought back fajita chicken. If they can get it together I'd probably eat there twice a week at least but it's just not worth it right now.
