Dirty when you walk in and the food is old and they don’t even make the food right. I ordered the southwest quesadilla and all it had was a little bit of bland chicken and all cheese,where is all the other ingredients? Also ordered the ciabatta sandwich and it was all old and not even fresh the lettuce was all rotted. Got a smoothie it tasted like crap too. What a shame. They’re not even busy and they can’t even make the food right?? Waste of money.

Tropical Smoothie has left my smoothie out of delivery orders multiple times. Every time I call to report the issue their solution is usually that I can come pick it up, which defeats the entire purpose of getting it delivered. Also, their quality of service is inconsistent. When I’ve called to report the issue, sometimes they sound sorry and other times they sound apathetic/rude. The other day, they left both the smoothie and chips out of my combo meal. When I went in to get my missing items later that day, the manager immediately went into a spiel about how they couldn’t refund me. Mind you, I never asked for one. They obviously don’t have a good system for delivery pickups. It seems like they just put out whatever’s ready instead of waiting for the whole order to be ready, since this happens so frequently.

I’ve always enjoyed the smoothies here, but my recent experience was disappointing. The smoothie I got this time wasn’t blended properly — I could taste chunks of veggies, unlike before when it was always smooth and consistent. I’m sharing this as positive feedback, not criticism. I hope the owner and team can look into it and maintain the same quality as before. I really like this place and just want to see the service improve.

I placed an order online, but when I arrived, I was told they were out of probiotic. I asked to just have the smoothie without it, but instead of preparing my order, the staff continued cleaning and doing other tasks while I stood waiting. Eventually, they asked if I still wanted the smoothie, but by then I had to leave for another commitment. I never received my order or a refund.
The service was extremely disappointing, and I was essentially charged for nothing. I would not recommend this location.

Zero stars realistically speaking, don't even get me started. It was so bad, as soon as I walked in there was vapes on the tables that the workers were sitting at. We stood there for two minutes before they even got up to take our orders, they just sat their own their phones. A worker had a huge hole in her leggings, no hairnets, blowing smoke in the kitchen, attitudes, and frozen food. If you're unhappy with your job don't let the customers see that. Get a new job and don't be disgusting about it.

Terrible Service and food. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered two Açaí bowls. We parked in the front to eat them and they were frozen solid. I walked the bowls back in to let them know they were inedible as they were frozen solid and they said that is how they come. They went and got the assistant manager who came out and immediately I could tell she was inconvenienced. I told her the bowls were inedible as they were frozen solid. She said that is how all their smoothie bowls come. I asked her, “They come inedible?” And she stated, “you can eat them, everyone eats them frozen”. She then said if I didn’t want them I could get my money back to which I agreed. The assistant manager and the girl at the window were rude from the get go.

I will NOT eat here or work here ever again! This establishment has become one of the worst places in Victoria. The ladies are completely RUDE. Vaping while cooking and taking orders. The food is absolutely disgusting. They serve frozen chicken. The smoothies are made with cross contaminated utensils so there’s no telling who’s going to get sick because of an allergy. No one washes their hands. As a woman of God with integrity and discernment when I deep cleaned the place, I was disgusted. Audrey, Maryjane and Lizette are completely ruining the once fun, healthy establishment with bad habits and witchcraft. Dr McNeil is no help either, laws are broken every day there. The last 3 GMs stole thousands of dollars from them and no justice has been served…Nothing is done. Tropical smoothie has become the new Christ kitchen of Victoria. Free food is given at certain hours. It is completely unacceptable . As a past employee, that actually worked hard and served our community with true leadership and dedication, mostly…passion, I’ve been bullied out of positions 2 times. it’s so disheartening to see that it’s gone the way it has. 100000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Honestly, an investigation needs to take place. Do not eat here until an actual adult takes over.

Said a name and quickly shut the door after she gave us our ticket, came inside to confront her and she was in the back no where to be seen. Order number DT#82
