I ordered 6 burgers thru drive thru. Evidently they can't count past 5 due to running out of fingers. Turned around had them remake my order and went back home. Turns out I messed up again when I asked them to ADD may to my sandwich, as in everything that normally comes in it in ADDITION to mayo, they made it only mayo. Clearly ADD and ONLY are difficult words to comprehend. Had to make another trip back this time I cut my losses and got a refund.

Ordered food. Waited 20 minutes and went up to the counter to check on the food. All the employees were standing around talking. When I asked about my order they said oh, we'll get on it. After 35 minutes of waiting we left with our food.

Would not recommend! Fries had to of been cooked yesterday,they were old,cold and hard to eat. Baconator burger was cold. A waste of time and money!
I’ll be deleting my app after my experience today. Got My order but made the burger exact opposite of what it was. Why would I order a bacon burger with no bacon?(not the only thing wrong with it) Took it back and they gave us an inch piece of bacon..didn’t realize they got our drinks wrong too! I did realized all 3 orders of our fries were cold but these people weren’t worth it and I will never be giving Wendy’s another penny:)
