Went through the drive thru, parked looked in bag wrong order, I take it back inside given another bag, get to my vehicle and it the wrong order again take it back inside, I ordered a burger with no Lettuce and extra onion the burger had no Lettuce but only 2 onions and no pickles! What a nightmare I just left at that point

Parking: I have mobility issues and was using a cane that day. An employee came out as I got to the door, and she opened both doors for me. Then the manager came out and gave me a glass of water. I sat at a table to wait for the food, and when it was ready, he brought it out to me. He also brought a chair for me to sit on when I first got up to the counter.
All in all, this was the most courteous crew I have ever encountered in my 71 years. I can't thank them enough for being so kind.

They are getting two stars because of the one young lady that was customer service oriented. I order 4 small frosty to be put into 2 medium cups. The first girl said can’t do that. I said everyone else does. She consulted the manager and he said they could put it in a medium cup but only fill it half way. That’s just one small frosty Stupid! The second you d lady told them what I wanted. When we got our frosty’s they were nothing more that chocolate milk. Won’t be back to this one.

Was there yesterday the hamburgers hit the spot on so was the chili after noticing the girls weren't wearing gloves or hair nets. I wouldn't recommend this Wendy location to anyone. The other one on Laurent was packed. I'll never go back at this location. ???? I pray the management read this and address the issue. ???

I came in one day with my sugar so low I was about to go into diabetic shock the lady behind the counter acted fast and immediately helped me get sugar substance in my body saving mine and my unborn babies life I will always be greatful for this lady I only regret not getting her name....
It's never busy and they ALWAYS make the food fresh for you! The staff has great customer service!

A couple of nights ago I had came to this Wendy's and they charged me for over 40 dollars when I only got a meal that only costed 13, called almost an hour later and the manager said they'd refund me my money but still hasn't done it I called again and no one is answering ive been patient but now it's getting ridiculous

Received cold sogy fries , asked for a choc frosty and a Dr Pepper , was provided two teas, and was told my cost was $25, handed her the money and asked for my receipt, when she returned with the receipt it toaled 23.60, She provided my change. I asked for fresh fries and our correct drinks and received undercooked fries. Will not return
