Every order they will tell you to pull up so they can walk out. They are very rude and slow with service. In fact they’re actually mean and bully type individuals at the windows. It’s sad. You guys are in a small town and we all know each other. You think you should have bad service and even worst customer service. Try being kind polite and respectful. It’s simply food nothing serious. Why are you all rude here

Went through the drive thru, parked looked in bag wrong order, I take it back inside given another bag, get to my vehicle and it the wrong order again take it back inside, I ordered a burger with no Lettuce and extra onion the burger had no Lettuce but only 2 onions and no pickles! What a nightmare I just left at that point
Parking: I have mobility issues and was using a cane that day. An employee came out as I got to the door, and she opened both doors for me. Then the manager came out and gave me a glass of water. I sat at a table to wait for the food, and when it was ready, he brought it out to me. He also brought a chair for me to sit on when I first got up to the counter.
All in all, this was the most courteous crew I have ever encountered in my 71 years. I can't thank them enough for being so kind.

They are getting two stars because of the one young lady that was customer service oriented. I order 4 small frosty to be put into 2 medium cups. The first girl said can’t do that. I said everyone else does. She consulted the manager and he said they could put it in a medium cup but only fill it half way. That’s just one small frosty Stupid! The second you d lady told them what I wanted. When we got our frosty’s they were nothing more that chocolate milk. Won’t be back to this one.
