We were traveling back to Houston from Port Aransas and decided to stop at the Whataburger in Victoria for a quick sandwich. Wow, were we impressed! The food was delicious and fresh, but what really blew us away was the outstanding service in this charming little town. Manager Rita was absolutely excellent—super friendly and efficient—and the entire staff made us feel right at home. Thank you, Rita and the Whataburger team, for turning a simple pit stop into one of our highlight of our trip! Highly recommend! 😊

Love Whataburger and appreciate the staff! Always quite a wait in the drive thru though. What would help is if they had some plants to look at while waiting. Pride of Barbados or Texas sage perhaps. 😀

Friendly environment, staff is nice and helpful, food is great ,plenty of parking they have handicap parking and table inside very clean restrooms are clean ,a little wait some times ,some times ,cold fries other than that two thumbs up go check them out get my #5

once again order made wrong 3x I asked plan dry I get two burger all the way then on my third remake I get the burger plan dry but only with one cheese I paid for a double meat do uble cheese . then as I'm trying to get thee attention at windows they upset like dude take this order we made wrong 3x already we busy making orders wrong .I work for whataburger and I wouldn't get this wrong 3x in a row then get up set at customer for not taking a order he didn't want .

Not only did they give us the wrong order at first they made it wrong and it tasted like a salt like a salt lick.
Whataburger on Rio Grande. Waited on my order for over 30 minutes. When I got home, my hamburger bun was so hard. I had to put it in the microwave. The meat was overcooked in the french fries were so hard. The food was horrible. I was very unsatisfied.

Come to this whataburger almpst half my life but whatever nigjt crew works there now need to get retrained multiple times ive come and they either dont give me what i order or they forget part of my order managment sure needs to have a meeting about there service on top that they werent busy and it took them 20 min for fries

I’m only in town for a week but I urge anyone reading this to choose a different Whataburger location. The employee working the drive thru at 5pm on 4/14 was the rudest service industry employee I’ve ever dealt with.
