They served me a cold cheesburger, so old & cold the cheese was not melted. Took 10-15 minutes even though the business was slow & the manager(middleage white woman) would not heat up the burger in their microwave, reminder; Food they sold was cold. These people just don't care about their jobs, especially the night manager, who acted like walking the food to my table was beneath her. Overall disgusting and awful service @ this location and will never come back

Went to Whataburger for food went through the the drive-thru at 8:30 didn't hear a voice told 9:30 and the voice was very rude and sarcastic I hope you go out of business and I can't wait I'll celebrate it

Got the breakfast on a bun sausage. Took the buns off to give to my dog. Half way thru eating my egg and sausage noted the egg inside was a gray green,,,, threw it all away, made me feel nauseous 🤢 Whataburger, 3603 houston hwy. Victoria tx.

Usually It's good here. This day my egg was wet and runny. The poor guy named Anthony was running around doing everything by himself, while 3 managers looked at him and didn't bother to help. Very sad, he seems like a good employee with poor management. My fries were hard and cold.

I wish I could rate 1000/10!! After having a bad experience at a different location, I waited a while to try whataburger again. This was the BEST visit I’ve ever had in my life. It was super busy in store and drive thru (about 11:30 pm), but my carry-out order was out quickly and it was correct, from the extra sauce to the toasted buns, every small detail! I want to give a huge shoutout to every worker. You were all so kind and smiling and FAST! I ended up eating inside instead of taking it to go. Such a clean dining area and I will definitely be back! Amazing job!!!
Jasmine was so sweet! My daughter and I wanted a midnight snack and everything was fresh we didn’t even wait long! The crew tonight was on point and I appreciate them great job! 👏
