The absolute worse customer service received. Will never return. Picked up meal to have some items missing. Had to go back to get my food. No compensation no apology, just nothing more then demeaning unprofessional customer service. And not by cashier but by a member of management. Customers are not always right I understand but they have a right to be heard. In this economy no company can afford to lose customers due to lack in good customer service , especially from a leader. Called to make a complaint through corporate to no avail. Do better weinerschnetzel for your customers.

Food was perfectly cooked, although I would definitely suggest the pretzel bun if getting more than one condiment otherwise it's a soggy mess. Still good but a mess to eat in the vehicle. Service was prompt and very friendly. The parking is a bit of a pain to get to unless you are coming a specific way on the side road, so we just parked next door to pickup our order. We will definitely be going back though.

Dark hair women with tattoos all over and glasses!!!!! Horrible customer service… Which will make any restaurant somewhere I never visit again. I’m from out of town and this is the first Wienerschnitzel I have ever run into so I was extremely excited to try it. I decided to make the drive to get it for lunch… I pull up and the first thing that I say is I’ve never been here before so I don’t know how the menu works And I’m just asking a couple questions. I ask what all comes on the hot dog… The reply was “it comes just how it looks on the menu “ RUDELY which I reply so does it have any fixing? Is it plain and dry bun? she said “it doesn’t have anything on.” so I said OK could we add mayonnaise to it which the reply to that was “I can give you a packet of mayonnaise but we don’t put the mayonnaise on there for you… “ I thought that was weird but I was like OK sounds good. I’ll take the number four with a large Coca-Cola and I proceeded to move up when I get to the window. I realize I forgot to ask about cheese so I asked if they had nacho cheese she said no and I said do y’all have any kind of cheese and she said “we have shredded cheese” which I proceeded to say OK could I add that to the hotdog please? She looks at me and says “well they’ve already made it” as if you couldn’t throw some cheese on top of a hotdog… or put it on the side? Idk somthing… The attitude from this specific woman was just something I had never seen before for absolutely no reason from the start of me ordering so at this point I’m frustrated and regretting coming here at all so I just said “well if I can’t have cheese on the hotdog the. I just won’t have anything” she left the window open to tell yell to the cook “just remake that whole order just remake everything” slams the door And then comes and takes my payment while she has my card walks around to the side and then proceeds to come back and hand me my card with my food… So if there’s any fraudulent charges, I’ll be knowing exactly where they came from… The food was not worth the experience that I had and I should have drove away, like I thought, and just not had the experience at all.. the woman who was so rude to me and took my order and took my money was a dark haired woman with glasses and tattoos all over her. Absolutely horrendous customer service if you don’t like your job, just quit
I grew up eating Wienerschnitzel hot dogs and I still love them to this very day! You will not ever find a better chili cheese dog, bar none!

What can I say it's weinerschnitzel it's basic hot dogs .. nothing special.. honestly I prefer a onics foot long hit dogs over there's which is crazy considering that's suppossed to be there whole specialty

Wasn't expecting much, we needed quick n cheap on our way home. The chili dogs satisfied thar junk food craving. Can't beat the price though. 5 dogs, 10 bucks n on our way.
