Ordered a doordash order and didnt receive my entree. The bag was sealed, my entree just wasn't included. Tried calling the store and got placed on hold immediately each time, for a total of 30 min. Place is a joke. Every time I forget why I dont normally order from here I am reminded of how crappy their service is.

I like their food, but every time I get it delivered or order for pick up, they forget some of the order. I ordered a large voodoo fries that was left behind this time. Like I said, good food, just not good at checking the orders before sending them out.

Trash period.Manager was disoriented and I will not support that place ever I saw no gloves being used either it will be a hell no for me place was smoker then a burning house then a family of 2,000 came what the helly.THATS WHY I COOK AT HOME.Just thought I'd take a break tonight.WOW

Had a pick up order and the girl at the front (who was on her phone part of the time I was talking to her) gave me the wrong order, even after verifying my name. That’s on me for leaving without checking the order but at least act like you care if you’re working the front counter. Also everything except their fries and ranch is trash.

This place was terrible!!! Food overpriced I wouldn’t even wipe my butt with this soggy cold fries, ranch was 1 DOLLAR WTH. Worst of all…. Tge wings gave me the runs so bad I felt it half way through my meal!!! Then when I was sitting on the pot a rat crawled across my foot! And then I went to get toilet paper and a roach flew out! No soap to wash my hands had to finish my wings with dirty poop hands. I am outraged and it was crowded and smoking from the kitchen I thought the darn kitchen was on fire and a worker was dancing while my wings took 30 minutes. Safe to say I am NEVER coming back.

Place customer service. They accidentally made a mistake on my order. And they really tried hard to fix it. They were able to give me a free drink and really make my experience good. I will definitely be going back to them. And I appreciate them understanding that no one is perfect but it's what you do after the fact. That makes a good place a good place . Their chicken wings are always good I. Usually get the bone and enjoy they're sauce options .

Adolfo and Malikia always have a positive attitude, Great customer service and always working hard. When I ask for what they would recommend they are always engaged and trying to get me to try new flavors.
This location has it's good & bad but the price & flavour variety for family packs is decent. Most of the time take-out orders are correct, but you better check every time, just in case they forget something. Since COVID, they sometimes don't sauce the wings well, leaving you to rub 2 pieces together or dip/roll them in the puddle at the bottom of the box. It's also best to only get ALL bleu cheese or ALL ranch b/c they don't mark them & will give you the wrong ones. The only major drawback is that there are often so many workers, it is chaos to order in-person & some of them will be short w/ you if it's crowded. Also, store front parking spaces are ridiculously cramped, so if you don't want extra texture on your car doors, go park in the lot.
Parking: Store front parking is too close & people don't park straight so they will hit your car w/ their door when entering/exiting.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair accessible at the ends of the sidewalk.
