Ordered a 20pc classic…..will never be going to ANY Wingstop ever again. We live 30 minutes away from the nearest one. We got 3 different flavors….tell me why there was only one flat for each flavor. Never again will you get our money! You are supposed to 50/50 the best you can on drum and flats. We only got 3/20 flats.. you lost a customer for ever!

Ordered online and they said they never got the order but I received confirmation. But when I first went in I waited over 10 mins for someone to even help me. I decided to just cancel and the manager said she could not refund for a few days. That doesn’t seem right. She should have been able to refund me that day.

Ordered a doordash order and didnt receive my entree. The bag was sealed, my entree just wasn't included. Tried calling the store and got placed on hold immediately each time, for a total of 30 min. Place is a joke. Every time I forget why I dont normally order from here I am reminded of how crappy their service is.

I like their food, but every time I get it delivered or order for pick up, they forget some of the order. I ordered a large voodoo fries that was left behind this time. Like I said, good food, just not good at checking the orders before sending them out.

Trash period.Manager was disoriented and I will not support that place ever I saw no gloves being used either it will be a hell no for me place was smoker then a burning house then a family of 2,000 came what the helly.THATS WHY I COOK AT HOME.Just thought I'd take a break tonight.WOW
Had a pick up order and the girl at the front (who was on her phone part of the time I was talking to her) gave me the wrong order, even after verifying my name. That’s on me for leaving without checking the order but at least act like you care if you’re working the front counter. Also everything except their fries and ranch is trash.

This place was terrible!!! Food overpriced I wouldn’t even wipe my butt with this soggy cold fries, ranch was 1 DOLLAR WTH. Worst of all…. Tge wings gave me the runs so bad I felt it half way through my meal!!! Then when I was sitting on the pot a rat crawled across my foot! And then I went to get toilet paper and a roach flew out! No soap to wash my hands had to finish my wings with dirty poop hands. I am outraged and it was crowded and smoking from the kitchen I thought the darn kitchen was on fire and a worker was dancing while my wings took 30 minutes. Safe to say I am NEVER coming back.
