We were there to celebrate granddaughter birthday 4 seperste ticket and we told server at the beginning The grill cook was great the food was very good. Our server was more than a bit curt and less than accommodating. there was a gratuity added to each bill something I strongly disagree with since gratuity is not something mandatory either way she got way less money this way i generally tip 30% as does the rest of my family. I also wont be going back due to this practice
I ordered the lunch special... ribeye with fried rice and fresh vegetables. The steak was made as I requested. The whole dish was very delicious. The waitress was attentive and efficient.
if you’re looking for great hibachi food in Victoria check out Yamato , the food is always on point especially the steak and shrimp along with rice . the customer service is always A1 , it’s always clean every time I stop by !
