my husband and I went to grab a quick and easy dinner and let me tell yall... we had THE best experience. The manager and crew were all nice and respectful. our food was hot, fresh. thank you
poor customer service to say the least.. no eye contact, no Hi how are you or have a nice day. 23 minutes spent in the drive thru line just for them to ask me to pull around because they were "still waiting on some stuff". Be more specific; am I getting fresh fries? meat? shake taking too long? I mean what? Only got 1 straw for 3 drinks, paid extra because she didn't know how to ring a patty up by itself and didn't give me a zesty WITH my onion rings (had to pay extra for that...read full review
Don't waste your time or money. after 4 times of correcting them on my order and even telling them it's wrong on the screen and the manager saying it's ok I told them to fix it and it's still wrong then you need to find another line of work just saying. Last time we will be going there.
