Got a cold brew from an already made coffee on the Dunkin app that I saw. No milk added to it, and got a bagel no cream cheese with it. I understand that stuff happens but it’s like almost every time I’ve been going lately something is forgotten or messed up.

I used to like this specific dunkin a lot. People were friendly, my food was messed up a couple times, but i understand things happen. Now, people don't even say hi, everyone acts like they can't stand their job. Even when i stand in the lobby not one person says a thing to me or tell me my order is ready. I look over and its bunched together. Thats it. The food has been burnt, the bacon is thrown into the bag cold, and the cold brew coffee tastes like water consistently. Got a large shaken expresso today, and its missing a few inches of coffee from the top of the cup. I don't know whats going on. I haven't seen the two friendly men that work their lately. I hope they still work there, because it was the only ones who spoke and when they made the food or coffee it turned out well.

Worst Dunkin experience ever…We were on a road trip and stopped for coffee and they served us cold coffee. When we said it was cold they took them back saying they will brew fresh coffee for us. And then again they served us the same thing. Since we didn’t want to drink cold coffee we requested a refund. Unfortunately the supervisor refused to refund. She said she can’t make a refund without the manager and asked us to come back next day morning. We were on a road trip and coming back was not an option for us. Employees were rude. Specially the supervisor. I understand everyone was in a rush to go home since it’s thanksgiving, but it can’t justify the service we received. We had to leave without coffee or a refund. It was like we paid someone money to waste 18 minutes of our time. I would not have written this review if they were at least being nice to us. Avoid this place at all costs.

Every Sunday morning my family goes here, and it's so welcoming, and always full of smiles and laughter. Even when it takes a little bit for them to get to us it's still a great visit!! We definitely don't mind waiting, all the employees are always super friendly and we look forward to our weekly visit.

Stopped by this morning ordered a drink and a croissant stuffer they had me pull up and wait for 15 minutes then proceeded to give me a kolache and that not being what i was waiting for was not the worst part the sausage was still frozen

Twice a month my kid gets to ride with mom to school instead of dad or the bus. I mention this because these are huge mornings for us. She struggles with school refusal and the treats planned for these mornings are motivation to reach the school peacefully and happy. After the extremely long wait, sending out this quality of food is shameful. We certainly didnt have time to get it fixed or go elsewhere after such a long wait so school breakfast on our treat day 😭. Staff may not care about losing our business on these special mornings, but if this is making its way out the window then we aren't the only business this location is losing. Product has never come out consistent quality here and wait times can be long so I probably should have chose somewhere else but babygirl specifically wanted Dunkin after being talked out of ice-cream for breakfast! Huge disappointment.

The staff are always friendly. It is always clean inside, and they are speedy at getting your order filled. The team members who work the drive-through are very friendly and always smiling. It is very convenient going through the drive-through and not having to sit there very long or pull around and park.

Completely ignore customers inside as they prioritize the drive thru. Back to back days like this. Top it off with their only espresso machine is broken and can serve espresso based drinks

Just went thru drive thru. Ordered 3 donuts and a dozen munchkins. Never got a receipt and the cashier was acting suspicious. After I drove off I checked the price of everything on the app and realized she overcharged me $2+. Not much but the fact it was dishonest is frustrating.
