I paid for a large and got delivery and did not get a large. I tried to call store 7 times no answer. Also did not get a straw but I had one at the house so whatever but I paid extra for no reason.

when i lived in texas i drove 40 minutes to this dunkin bc that was the closest one to me. i thought i had enough money for my coffee when i got there but i guess i didnt. i was there for maybe 10 minutes texting my boyfriend asking him for just $1-$2 for the rest of the money i needed. no one was answering and one of the employees (she was always really nice) paid for it for me. i wish i remembered her name she was the best!

My Girlfriend was treated disrespectfully because she is mixed by the racist employee Mae on 12/23/2023 between 7am and 8 am. She was verbally rude and wouldn't even look a my girlfriend when asked about the food menu and she yelled at my girlfriend that she had already told her that the menu was not working when she clealy was never told in the first place. Thankfully I called and spoke with the manager Tina whom was very respectful and understanding. Please fire Mae racism isn't acceptable its 2023
