when i lived in texas i drove 40 minutes to this dunkin bc that was the closest one to me. i thought i had enough money for my coffee when i got there but i guess i didnt. i was there for maybe 10 minutes texting my boyfriend asking him for just $1-$2 for the rest of the money i needed. no one was answering and one of the employees (she was always really nice) paid for it for me. i wish i remembered her name she was the best!

Yall Served messy cups, coffee spilled on the sides and wouldn't offer napkins with drinks thanks my steering wheel is sticky for yalls lack of decent service. Coffee is overpriced but good.

I love the coffee, but around 10am on 01/28/23. My husband and I went thru he drive thru, we ordered a coffee and a chocolate covered donut with sprinkles, for my 3 year old. As we were leaving I checked the bag, and they gave a us just a chocolate covered donut. We went back to thru the drive thru, and we told the girl that was working, and she told us “we are out of chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles”. ??? Why didn’t you tell me that in the first place instead you decided to give me a completely different donut! So she walked further in the kitchen, and comes back out with the the donut that we ordered originally? I wouldn’t mind if the donut was for me, but I have a picky 3 year old who absolutely loves the chocolate donuts with sprinkles.

I ordered a large coffee.. when I took a sip in the parking lot.. it wss not even warm... I went back to drive through and told the girl.. she removed the lid and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Now aside from the fact she used a micro for coffee instead of fresh brew... it was still not hot after 30 seconds. I threw the coffee out and went to Buc-ees for hot coffee.
