I ordered a cake from them and the ice cream sandwiches on top were already melted when handed to me. Do not recommend and will not be ordering again.

Called at 10:14 to ask how long a custom polar pizza would take, they said 30 minutes but that they couldn’t start until i paid for it. Anything else i tried to say she would interrupt to repeat they cant start until i paid for it. I came to the store a couple hours later and the only person who can make polar pizzas wasn’t there. The employees were amazing and got in contact with the person who said no one mentioned a polar pizza to her and she left at 11. If she had mentioned leaving at 11 i could have been there before 1030, but instead she was rude and when i did show up to pay for it she lied and said she was never contacted. Attached is a photo of the call log with proof i called at 10:14.

If I could give it a negative star I would! Ice cream was slimy, didn't have more than 6 flavors, was told not to get the cone because they had been sitting for months and were stale, But then was charged .20 cents for a cup. They didn't even have spoons to eat the ice cream with in the cup I had no choice to get (comes were stale) so I had to use a fork! I paid over $10 for a single scoop and a small mocha blast. Think I should've at least had a spoon! Don't go here! And the girls working were to busy gossiping and laughing through the headset stood there 5mins no one else there not even drive thru!

Your cake decorator( who I found out is a store manager) has a nasty attitude, and needs to fix it, my husband ordered a cake for my birthday, y'all put a piece of paper on it because your printer was down, I guess that's fine, but at least call before you put the piece of paper on, saying hey we have an issue with such and such, is it okay if we do this, not just do it , but he had an issue with that, because it made the cake not edible, he wanted a refund, she started screaming at him, and threatened to get her husband involved who was standing behind my husband ready to fight him.

Worst ice cream shop I've ever been to nobody answered the speaker after sitting there for 15 minutes then we had to go to the window and actually honk the horn for somebody to actually come to the window or answer the window through the window then when I got there they were laughing the 1st thing we asked for was a sea turtle creature creation and the guy just laughed at us is like no no no sir you cant have that

Walked in today 5-24-20 at 5:28pm to get some Ice Cream for my Birthday and the Cashier was leaning over the freezer dam near breathing in it on the Ice Cream then had nerve to be picking with the Ice on the side of freezer allowing it to fall in the Ice Cream. She needs to be fired. I should have recorded her and posted it to go Viral and called the CDC and Sanitation Dept. My family and myself walked right out! THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE TIME FOR THIS !!! No hot fudge. I could see the bottom of at least six cartons of ice cream. There was an ice cube in one carton and that’s pretty nasty. The ice cream coolers were dirty and needed to be defrosted.
Several ice creams were missing or incorrectly labeled.
Baskin Robbins in Orange was my very first job. I remember exactly what Mr. Delisle used to say about keeping the store and ice cream freezers clean and appealing. Vidor BR has missed the mark as bad as the Lumberton store again.
This wasn’t our first bad experience here but it will be the last.
