The guy in the grill area was making my burger without gloves on. Then when I said something about it he got super irate and very disrespectful to me and my wife. I was not pleased AT ALL.

The egg rolls are the best!! They are always fresh and hot!! They always give me all the sauces that I want and they don't charge me for them. That new Oreo/blondie dessert is FANTABULOUS!!!! Especially if you heat it up. ???

I never give reviews good or bad, but thought it absolutely necessary to review. Hands down best service I have ever received. 2 young ladies working counter.1. First, came to door and 1 of the ladies came and opened door for us. We did park in handicap parking and she may have noticed.2. Very courteous, took order, and other person behind counter brought us our drinks and took to table.3. Brought food out, and food absolutely fantastic.Restaurant clean, awesome service, and outstanding food. Being from memphis, we always experience the worst service and conditions at most fast food restaurants. Thank you very much.
Ordered tacos with extra lettuce received them with no lettuce. Ordered bonus jack with no ketchup, tomato and cheese. I got it with everything. When I used the rest room I damn near fell. I just had back surgery 3 weeks ago. That floor (dining and restroom) is so greasy, it’s like the floor was mopped with oil. When I walked over to wash my hands I almost slipped and then when I went to the door I was walking very carefully but my feet kept slipping. I was twisting and slipping but I didn’t go down. It was very painful. I was going to say something about it but I needed to go sit down.

If they have everything on the menu And are actually open for the hours listed they are doing good that day. Several times they have not been open at 10pm lobby or drive through.
