1☆ this early Thursday >1A.M. in drive-thru on 18 September 2025. Simple 1-item purchase MESSED-UP TWICE. Only one (1) car ahead of me & none after I'd made selection. Go back 2nd time & they got a New Order awaiting for me... but it, TOO, Needed fixing.🤢

Beware ordering on the app because every time I do it seems they are just out of what I order. Today I ordered unsweetened tea with 3 lemon slices… pick my order up and there are no lemons. I tell them I did not receive the lemons that I ordered in the app in my tea. The guy Behind the Counter says We don’t serve lemons at this location 🤦🏽♀️ Well, then, maybe they shouldn’t have that as an option in the app

It's McDonald's..... the insanely expensive yet cheaply thrown together food substitute we have all come to love. McDonald's always gets a 3..... because it's always garbage.... be we all still get there and complain afterwards.....
I have to say this. The vital location needs to get better night crew. It is 12:57 AM and I set in the drive through for 30 minutes. Waiting for food only to get the food and the fries are cold. Also, the girl that's running the second window is very, very rude. I asked a question and she shut the window on me.. i asked her why cars had to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes to wait for food and she said there's only 4 of us it's busy. There was only 2 cars in the drive through including me. So that makes 3. So I would like to know where it's busy for a 24 hour location. Vidor McDonald's sucks. Poor management employees don't know what they're doing.They don't want to take the money.You tell him that you have 2 separate orders.They only tell you take one and then tell you to pull around.This store needs better management and needs a revamp.As a former mcdonald's employee myself that's unacceptable.
