Paid extra for ranch. Got all the way home and found I have 0 ranch. Drove back to the store having to wait on a train bc I cross 2 tracks. Should t have had that experience if they would remember a simple side item. Now as I’m typing this I’ve been waiting at the window for ranch… almost 10 mins and still no one has came to window. This is not my first bad experience here. These young kids do not care about their job. Do not care about keeping loyal customers. Bad attitude and bad service

Not sure why it says I visited Novrosky's because I have only passed by, and haven't been inside for several years. So, I am going to review the outside of the business. It's very restaurant looking, and painted green, as I recall. It has a sign that says "Novrosky's" or some nonsense like that. The staff, I'm sure, are very hard working because food service is hard work. I highly recommend someone visit and let me know how good it is.

I'm surprised more people aren't eating here. Thr portions were monstrous and delicious. I have never seen a potato as big as the one my mom ate. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was awesome. Just enough heat while not burning my mouth. The onion ring basket was killer, and could feed 4 people. Next time we will buy the regular size.

Extremely limited options if you have food restrictions. There is no literature about nutrition information or what type of oils are used, fat percentage of meat, etc. The other locations have more options than this one in Vidor does. If you are having a treat or just don't care about your health, this place will work for you. If you go along to get along, you may struggle to find something that will work for you.

Decided to try this place for lunch, dine in. Ordered grilled shrimp wrap that came with tortilla chips & salsa, and Novo chips - homemade potato chips with ranch dressing. They served me a grilled chicken wrap but remade me a shrimp. It was very good and plenty of food for the $11. Used the one stall women's bathroom, not too clean but not too dirty - lock didn't want to stay clicked but was able to go and wash my hands. Overall, it's a decent place.
The food was horribly greasy. Have eaten at all the other locations and never had our fried pickles come out drenched in grease. Won't be eating at this location in vidor ever again.

The food is really good here and you get huge portions so that's a plus. Prices are also great. The only issue with this place is you see some sketchy food handling from time to time. I was here once when a guy grabbed fries that someone gave back to him that they touched and then put them on another person's order, that was questionable but the older Hispanic man working the drive thru is a great guy and he is very helpful so I still recommend this place
