Used drive thru... ordered 2 of family chicken tender w/ fries, and an order of mushrooms. Tenders and mushrooms were excellent. First time here. Just visiting relatives in Vidor. Highly recommend ❣️

The people are SLOW!!! I’ve waited almost an hour for chicken strips. And this isn’t a one time thing their order times are almost always 25+ minutes.

Staff are friendly. Service is great. Food is great. Very clean. Tables are cleaned promptly. I go there quite often. The silverware needs to be cleaned more often or more needs to be purchased. They need to not put the salad dressing in the middle of the salad. I have had that happen several times. After all, I don't know who has handled the dressing, and putting it in the middle of my food is gross. Please don't say it doesn't happen either. I have personally had it happen to me.

The place is always nasty 2nd time I been there I've seen roaches how gross it use to have hd workers but all but 2 are rude.we come from west Houston every other weekend but I tell my husband no I give a star it doesn't deserve any to be honest. We use to love this place but nope not anymore

Paid extra for ranch. Got all the way home and found I have 0 ranch. Drove back to the store having to wait on a train bc I cross 2 tracks. Should t have had that experience if they would remember a simple side item. Now as I’m typing this I’ve been waiting at the window for ranch… almost 10 mins and still no one has came to window. This is not my first bad experience here. These young kids do not care about their job. Do not care about keeping loyal customers. Bad attitude and bad service
Love their baked potatoes and onion rings are definitely delicious. Our favorite "go to" restaurant in Vidor.

Not sure why it says I visited Novrosky's because I have only passed by, and haven't been inside for several years. So, I am going to review the outside of the business. It's very restaurant looking, and painted green, as I recall. It has a sign that says "Novrosky's" or some nonsense like that. The staff, I'm sure, are very hard working because food service is hard work. I highly recommend someone visit and let me know how good it is.

I'm surprised more people aren't eating here. Thr portions were monstrous and delicious. I have never seen a potato as big as the one my mom ate. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was awesome. Just enough heat while not burning my mouth. The onion ring basket was killer, and could feed 4 people. Next time we will buy the regular size.
