Ordered pizza with there app, ordered delivery then got email says carryout, I call store, they say they can change it but would have to run my card again. Delivery driver comes to door and says I have to pay. Told him already charged 2 times and wants to charge again. Never ordering again!!!!

Pizza Hut you guys nailed it today. It was the best we had here. Keep up the good work for our community. You guys were hustling for this Super Bowl game. That Sweet Chili Sauce is amazing. I wanna try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza next. Happy customers.

They almost never get my order right. One time it was naked boneless wings that were supposed to be sauced. Another time my pizza had a giant air pocket, wasn't cooked properlyand was cut severely wonky, (like slivers of pizza while the other parts of the pizza were cut in quarters. Yet another time was the wrong crust. The cashier was very pleasant this last time, but I should have checked the food before leaving.

We’ve ordered here a few times and only had one good experience when we did carry out, where the 1 pizza was correct and not a long wait time. But every other time we’ve done delivery, it takes over an hour minimum, and the foods wrong every time :/ . One of those times we received the totally wrong food, so we called them back & they re-delivered to us but they had to remake everything, so that time it took almost 2 hours. I understand getting busy, but kind of sucks to wait that long… I will say, they did let us keep the food that was delivered wrong first. Just so much food that we didn’t order lol. All this on top of the order we made recently and the treatment we got over the phone. Again, it’s been over an hour, I called the store just to check on the food, all we had was one pizza & wings. The lady had an attitude and said it’s still in the oven. For over an hour? Idk man. I can’t with this place anymore. Placed that order at 6:50pm and it’s now 8:30pm, still no food delivered yet. Dominos in Vidor has been better the times we ordered there. I would say if you do choose to get pizza here, you might have better luck with carry-out orders. Delivery, nah. I think we’re done with Pizza Hut unfortunately.

Pizza was poorly made barley had cheese on it and was burnt and when ordering online all the selections are not there so when you call the restaurant you can't get the x coupon deal have to pay full price

I ordered the tastemaker. All I asked for was bacon and pineapple. What I got was NO bacon VERY LITTLE pineapple and a deluge of cheese. A complete and utter disappointment. I didn't appreciate having a bird's-eye view of the tattoos across my cashiers chest and then being stared down like I owed her a tip for making the pizza the wrong way. Step up your game Pizza Hut you used to be good and the go-to it'll be a long time before I order from you all again and I really think that I will not order from this VIDOR location again because this is the second time y'all have let me down.

The manager was awesome she went really out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I went on a Wednesday night when they were hit with all the church crowds there was something wrong with my order and she tried to do everything she could to make up for it which I did not require at all. She was just awesome!!!!

Very displeased with past pizza orders! Pizzas are not consistently made with correct ingredients. For example, when ordering a specialty pizza, there are barely any toppings. Pizza wasn't hot, and not enough toppings for a super supreme.
