COLORBLIND PRODUCTIONS
Every time we go it's something. We will pull up and it's not even busy I'll press the button and no one answers so we move thinking it's broken. Same thing. So we go through the drive through same thing. So we pull up to the window and we just sit there staring and finally someone asks if they can help us but we say no and just give them an ear full. Do not go to this garbage Sonic.

It took 26 minutes to get a a small shake a large drink and a Route 44 drink. The chocolate Oreo shake did not have any Oreos in it. I didn't send it back because no telling how long it would've taken. This is the second time I've ordered a Oreo shake with no Oreos in it. Won't be back.

Does this store EVER change the cooking oil the chicken tenders are fried in? You can smell the rancidity. Also 2 large groovy fries and no groovy fries sauce?
Im guessing that the "B" crew was working tonight. Extremely slow service for a Sonic with only four cars in the bays. Waited at least 20 minutes for a plain hot dog, a drink, a side of tots, and a milk shake. When our order was delivered, the shake cup overflowed and had ice cream running all down the sides of the cup. The car hop handed my husband this messy cup and said, "Have a great night." My husband's hand was covered in ice cream, so he asked for napkins as the car hop was walking away, to which he replied, "Oh, yeah." This was the most unimpressive Sonic I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

I've ordered from this SONIC multiple times, only to have issues with every single one, most recently that a burger that comes with bacon didn't even have any on it.And then to add on, it took them 10-15 min to get my order out to me after my card had been processed.Use the MLK SONIC in Beaumont and save some headache. This one will almost 100% get something wrong every time.
