We've ordered Number 4 , which is supposed to be a Jalapeno double cheeseburger. And twice we had ordered in this month. But the isn't any Jalapeno on them . Very unhappy 😞 with it
The employees here are great. Sometimes they give me old tots but that's not really my problem. My problem is with whoever owns this place. Most of the speakers here are basically trash. I have to repeat my order 4 or 5 times just to have the employees piece my order together. Please fix them. I know it is expensive but it is also a tax write off to repair your equipment. Take pride in the business you own and help it to function properly.
Everyone was very nice, even though were busy, and I waited 35 minutes, they were able to cancel my drink order and bring me a receipt.The only complaint I have is the could have at least let me have my drink instead of throwing it in the trash, because I waited 35 minutes.That's just good customer service no matter where you go, if the customer has to wait over 30 minutes, you give them a refund and the product they're waiting on.But I understand they have policies,...
