Sandwiches were horrible! So salty you couldn't eat. Bread was hard, dry and old. The cheese I requested was not what I got. Speaker at drive-thru was broken, drinks on website were no longer available. The workers were playing around & I had to wait on them to quit talking & laughing to order. Most of the sandwiches were thrown in the trash!

I tried going through the speaker and sat for about 2-3 minutes and no one picked up. So i tried going inside because lady was there but it was locked. So i called asking if they were open and i was informed it was, when i told the lady i sat in the drive through and was confused she put me on mute and hung up. Utterly unsatisfied. I’ve never had this happened to me, i was just wondering if they where still open and got that instead .

As we came by the drive-through, we were very impressed by the courtesy of the two young employees working an evening shift. They were friendly and polite which is not something we'd been accustomed to lately. We commend the young man and young woman that were working tonight on their professionalism.

The food was good, that wasnt the issue. Their was a young black woman with a pride bracelet on being very rude to the other staff that was working their. Bumping his food down while he was trying to make the sandwiches and talking disrespectful. You could tell the other two guys in their were uncomfortable. Hope something is done about her, she gave me a attitude because they were out of pepperoni. Will not being going back if she's their.

What kind of sandwich shop does not have ham or turkey in stock. Then when you call to see if the app online is correct this place doesn’t have the decency to pick up the phone to let you know if the app just hasn’t been updated. The people working here can’t be very busy due to half the things they sell is out of stock. Just another example of a business that has made enough money that they don’t need customers anymore.

The women that worked in the drive thru was so amazing I was trying my hardest to keep my bill under 20.00 and she made sure my kids had chocolate milk and 2 sandwiches and a big box of cookies she was absolutely amazing !!
