Where do I even start, when I ordered my food there was like 5 or 6 people ahead of me one lady she's been there for a good 5 to 10 mins just for a small meal,I got home and open up my meal 😒 😐 tell me why my tacos are crushed the shell is burnt half put together and very very very sloppy

I swear they only hire people who can’t read Always messed up orders. ALWAYS. Like what’s the point I’m wasting my money double trips having to get my food replaced. They managers and employees could care less to be there and it shows they’re lazy and rude and incompetent. Can we do better please

This location overall could use a overall in it's employees. Regardless of that, there was a specific night about two weeks ago. Someone apparently had an issue with their vehicle and ran through a fence that separates taco bell from other properties. While it was crazy, there was zero efforts made by management to keep their employees in the store to finish people's orders. At one point there was only one lady in the store trying to deal with customers who actively became frustrated at the length of the wait for their orders. I ended up waiting for over an hour and only after they relaized that they had cleared my order off the screen during the craziness, did they complete my order.

I went through drive thru and ordered a grilled steak and cheese burrito, a drink, and nachos and asked for Diablo sauce and when I pulled out notice they forgot to give me my drink went back and made it back to work to realize they gave me the wrong burrito and no Diablo sauce.

Absolute worst experience. Man in charge of dine in orders you could tell was new. Poor management skills that he was handling orders alone. Wrong orders and someone received their money back. The fault that I do find in the new employeee is that he lied instead of admitting he made a mistake. Man up!!!

Ordered dinner, 3 cantina chicken bowls 4 burritos and 2 tacos and my order was missing TWO WHOLE cantina chicken bowls. You would think they would check the bag before sending out a DoorDash and then pretending your phone doesn’t work when I call to speak to the manager
