i just sat in line for 40 minutes to get to the window and tell me they don't have any drink carriers. no way I could pull out of line because they only have one lane, I am sure glad I did not have an emergency and had to get out of line.

The last few times I order they always forget my sauce and my burrito that is suppose to have tortilla chips they put crush Doritos taco shell in it ,doesn’t even taste good ?

Tasted fine. Got my wife's order right. But I got the grilled cheese steak burrito. I tasted more tortilla than fillings and you wrapped it way too small or used the wrong tortilla. I'll never eat at this location again. Overcharging for very little filling no thanks. My wife was happy enough to eat and it was quiet.... and another taco bell that won't satisfy customers request... poor choice. All other taco bells will still make the Encheritos for my wife because they want to make money for their store.

I just want to say this is one of the worst managed stores I’ve ever seen. The manager named Angelina is cruel to customers and cruel to her staff. People like that, with big heads, should not run any store or any shifts. What a horrendous woman.

Not fast food. 20 minutes to get to the ordering speaker. 7 cars...After my wait which ended up about 30 minutes: no sauce(as ordered) no napkins (because eating in the car) and the one hard taco was cracked in half. Yep, the burritos were ok, don't know why the sour cream has to go all the way at one end...guess that's burrito science.

Taco Bell please do better. I ordered the number 4. Crunchwrap with the taco. The crunch wrap was nothing but lettuce, tomato,sour cream and cheese. Where was the beef? I opened it and found something that was supposed to be meat sparingly spread ?? The taco wasn't much better. A spoonful of meet loaded down with lettuce and cheese. Y'all should call them lettuce tacos because that's all it was. For $10 the food sucked!! My dog enjoyed it.
Service was horrible. Kid at the counter starred into space until the other staff started yelling “counter”. I clearly ordered 12 pack of tacos, half soft half hard, but he put it in as 12 hard tacos. When I got my order, the bag was ripped so when I went to put my hot sauce in the bag it ripped open and three of my tacos fell out of the wrapper and fell on the ground. When I got home to eat them, there was a pinch of meat in the tacos.
