This is just about the worst Wendy's I've ever seen in my entire life. They won't even have any customers and they don't wait. Wait on you when you're at the drive-thru. They're consistently slow and the food is not great

Taki french fries I got were cold and stale. We received three orders of fries and it seemed mine were the last of an old batch, as the others were ok. The sandwich definitely seemed considerably smaller than the size they used to be. Also, I have to pull up and wait for a while every time I go through the drive thru now.

A taco salad had lettuce and cheese well over rip tomatoes, stale chips and a bowl of chilli to pour over it, with a torn up patty for meat. Our last visit!

Very clean, friendly service and fresh food. They have the best salads for a take out option. There is a variety so even if I want salad for lunch more than once in a week it can always be different. The portion is large enough to be satisfied and each one has a great flavor plus a great price!

Place was clean but that's because it's new, they charged $2 to add jalapeños (they only added 5) we had to go back to the counter 4 times to get my friends order right, they walked up to us with some other ladies order (she was standing at the counter waiting for it) and then when I gave it to her it was the wrong sandwich, the employees were not very cooperative at all, had a bad attitude and overall gave very poor customer service.

They had very nice people working at the counter. The food was really good and fresh. It was very clean and everything was stocked. Even the bathroom was immaculate. I didn't even know they had built this in Vidor! Will definitely be coming back for a repeat visit!

The girl working the drive through was rude and very short with me,it was obvious she didn't want to be there. I arrived to an empty parking lot but was told to pull around front to wait on my food.There was No one behind me in the line. When my food arrived it was cold and looked to be just thrown together, no effort in preparation what so ever. I had high hopes for Wendy's but this is my 3rd trip that I was dissatisfied and treated rudely.
