The Vidor Texas location is ALWAYS under staffed in the mornings. 12/12/2025 I person cancelled order taking to long 3 people walked out no one wait on them. The staff is friendly food is good. The problems is they are over staffed at night under staffed in the morning.
Iâve been stuck in the parking lot for a good 20 min because there are not enough lanes to get out of the one way exit. They have the drive thru wait in both lanes, leaving no room for people who already have their food to get out.

Swung by Whataburger to tame the hunger beast. The server was on point friendly, fast, and didnât judge me for ordering like I hadnât eaten in three days. Food showed up quick and the order was actually correct (a small miracle in fast food)
Everything went smooth⊠almost too smooth. No drama, no missing fries, no mystery sauce. Just a perfectly average meal. Good, not life-changing like the Whataburger equivalent of a polite high-five

Donât go here if youâre African-American⊠Or any other color besides white in all honesty. It can be dangerous for you. i was assaulted (pushed several times during a verbal altercation) and my tire was slashed⊠just for BEING THERE. The man told me âmy kindâ wasnât allowed or wanted. i was called the âN wordâ with the Hard âRâmany times in the midst of all that happening.
Waited 20 minutes for our food inside. We asked if it would be ready soon and they said they were waiting on fries. Everyone inside had left by now and costumers also commented how they forgot about us. When we finally got out food the burgers and âfresh friesâ were COLD!! Worst whataburger experience.
SLOW FOR 30 mins in line with only 2? people.

This is the third time in a row that my online order has been wrong! I donât t pay over thirty bucks for food to be wrong! Quit being lazy at your job. Do your job and do better! Just terrible

The lady at the front counter look like she didnât care about her job. She was kind of rude about handing things to me. She sat down to clean a table. That was sad. I think she got exhausted from cleaning the table. I was sitting sideways. She walked over to apparently ask if we needed anything and then she started bitching at me because I was sitting sideways. I had my feet on the chair. The employees were in the back talking about Walmart, not doing their job. It looked like someone sat on my burger. It was kind of sad but overall, I donât think Iâm eating there for a while

Just seem to be trying to hurry you thru. I think their burgers are a little salty so I generally stick with the chicken. We went thru the drive thru. I ordered the chicken tenders basket. The chicken was over fried , the French fries were over fried, and they completely forgot the gravy so I couldn't even drowned the bad flavor! Threw it in the trash it was that bad.
