The online app never works and it doesn’t matter they're busy or not it’s gonna take a good 45 mins to get your burger and drink. But wait there’s more! Don’t forget about the part where they make you pull up and then one of the associates comes out and chats through the drive thru window with the other associates while you wait 28 more mins for that 1 delicious cold burger 😆 wild place.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this location needs help. The staff does not possess the adequate skills to run this business, They are constantly having to remake the food, wasting product time and money. They messed up my order twice I’m disappointed because I wanted to just go home and enjoy a good family dinner but instead I had to go back out twice one time yesterday and today. The first time was because they got the order wrong. The second time was because they forgot part of the order. As far as customer service goes, I can feel the unwelcoming atmosphere, especially having to revisit the location multiple times due the issues with the order. On top of everything, they have menu items display that they don’t have in stock that are new and should be there During yesterday’s visit, no soft drinks could be sold at the time due to the lack of CO2. So now I’m questioning the managers role of effective inventory ordering to keep the place properly running. Cleanliness of the restaurant was not too bad however I didn’t see the restrooms and of course I can’t see the rest of the restaurant.
So everything wrong with my order was they made my burger wrong no ice in my drink. The meat patties was also dry. My wife’s Cobb salad was old and withered. And even though I had my burger requested a certain way, they still didn’t even make it to The normal standard it should be. I think they can do better. They just needs to slow down and pay attention. Listen to the customer and repeat back the order to ensure that everything is correct. I will attempt again at a later time and do a more in-depth review to see if any actions was taken.

I stopped at this restaurant on my birthday and left my wallet in restroom. The employees stole $600 from me . The cashier told me they found the wallet but the manager said no who told you that ? I found my wallet in the trash can and it was a slow day. Most of those employees were going in and out of the restroom changing clothes. A bunch of thieves with no morals .Well long story short the whole team knew who took my money and they won’t call me or do anything about it. They had no care in the world about the customers. I’ve been trying to call them and they won’t call me back with some type of resolution.
Very friendly staff and clean inside, Katrina was amazing and a great personality.

They have mold in there ice ....my wife got a lemonade and after she finished it started eating tbe ice and we looked at it was black colored .....im guessing from the mold growing in the ice machine
You will wait all day to get your food! 30 mins to get basic orders done.
