Everything was pretty good.... only complaint would be the burgers are never hot and melty...why is that... good flavor...fresh veggies... but the meat is never hot and the cheese is never melty... it's kinda disheartening....

Our entire order was messed up. They gave us the wrong sandwiches, didn't give us part of our order, and gave us no sauces. We went inside to have them correct the order and they still messed it up after waiting 30 minutes. We left with the wrong order, but at least they gave us a refund.

Times are way too hard to be charging $30 for a boneless wing combo and burger combo for the food to be inedible! Those what a wings are more like WTF wings. Couldn’t even eat them. Asked for SIMPLE things like ranch as a dipping sauce didn’t receive that. Won’t ever be back to this location. Fast food used to be a convenient and affordable option for Americans. I may as well go sit down at a real restaurant if I’m a pay $30 at-least I know it will be edible! These companies have lost their minds! Won’t be back.

Ordered 1 meal at 11:45pm. Had 2 vehicles ahead of me. First vehicle was at the window for 30 minutes, second was at the window for 5 minutes... keep in mind half the cars lost their patience and just drove off. Which we would have too, except we got blocked off by another car in the lane next to us. We get to the window and tried to use our phone app to Pay using our rewards. They said we could scan it with the QR code on the receipt, which wouldn't help pay for the item ordered. They the said they can not scan as the scanner is broken, which I don't believe... its called typing it in manually. My sister gave up on it, and just paid in full. 2 minutes later we get the order, frustrated and with COLD stale french fries. Needless to say, this could have been resolved simply by getting the vehicle 2 in front of us to pull forward. All in all, we likely will not be back for the foreseeable future.

Vidor location… honey bbq chicken strip sandwich no bbq add mayo… got food through drive thru. Bread was hard, no bbq like I asked but no mayo either and the normal chicken strip usually hot and decent size looked like they put kid nuggets on it with a slice of cold cheese… not melted and cold. 10 bucks just for the sandwich.

I give one star cause I can't give lower awful experience with the GM Olgur yelling and telling a special needs employee that he is to slow and shouldn't be working there if that's how she treats a special needs person wonder how she treats the rest NEVER going back to Vidor whataburger

Sitting in the lobby currently at 1am on nov 16 2024 and the staff is complaining about all orders LOUDLY to where all customers can hear. I’m sorry I ordered 6 biscuits but it was y’all’s only order. Ridiculous. Whoever is on grill doesn’t need to be employed.
