Awful service i came here with my wife we waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Nobody came to take our order I rang the bell and called the store while I was inside. Still nobody came to the front of the store to answer. I could obviously hear people talking in the kitchen I gave a loud and clear “howdy we’re ready to order” nobody came out to take the order I’m not sure what is going on here but I know that I’m never coming back since we couldn’t even order a drink

Great option for milk tea in Waco! The drinks and snacks were good. Many tables and seating are inside to sit and hang out with friends. I highly recommend it for students and locals.

This used to be a favorite for me. But this last time I went was not a good experience. It took over 30 minutes to get our order, no one was at the front counter to ask about our order, and $27 later our order was not what we expected. I did not like ordering on the app. The “discount codes” weren’t active, the place also seems unkept. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be returning again.

Usually pretty good but lately have been lacking a lot and tonight we got BURNT BOBA and it’s disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I first came here a couple years ago, and I waited forever to order with someone who looked at me like I was an idiot for not knowing how their store worked. Reading the recent reviews makes me wonder how they're still open. For the record, my milk tea was good, but came with a heavy dose of shame and social anxiety, hence 2 stars and not 1.

Entered and stood around 5 minutes clueless with zero employees present despite continuous shuffling sounds in back kitchen.

Discovered self- order iPad and waited short time before employee stealthy dropped off drinks at counter and scurried to back. Zero customer service. Drinks were so so, cups were cheap and flimsy, and tapioca were odd-shaped and stale. We would not return and will try the teashop right next door.

1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee has been one of my go to places since 2019, or earlier. It’s great to enjoy with friends, study, work or a quick bite. Sometimes I go get a coffee and relax in a “house” booth with a good book. They also have snacks, finger foods, desserts like flan, creme brûlée and macaroons. The drinks are definitely a favorite! See pics for some recommendations. Sweetness is customizable to your preference.

If you don't mind ordering from a screen, over paying and waiting half an hour for a black coffee that you ordered hot but came room temp. Then you might like this place.

If you find yourself pining for a sickeningly sweet, artificially flavored tea with mushy boba and curdling thick milk, get the strawberry flavor

I really regret going to this shop to order milk tea, I bought it at 4:02pm and didn't get it until 5:02pm, while waiting they didn't say a word and didn't apologize anymore, but when I ordered they still made it but I didn't order anymore, that kind of service is very bad.

30-40 minute wait for Tea? They need more staff!

PERFECT

I just been there, waited half an hour, asked for two hot teas and received two glasses of tea filled with ice. No refund, no hot tea and the explanation was that its a summer special ( no info about it if it's hot or not). And it's f. February, 45* degrees outside. I wrote i want hot teas. Noone told me that's not available. Worst customer service.

My kids love it!!! I got a strawberry drink and it was great, 2👍👍
