1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee has been one of my go to places since 2019, or earlier. It’s great to enjoy with friends, study, work or a quick bite. Sometimes I go get a coffee and relax in a “house” booth with a good book. They also have snacks, finger foods, desserts like flan, creme brûlée and macaroons. The drinks are definitely a favorite! See pics for some recommendations. Sweetness is customizable to your preference.
This is the best boba I have ever had in my life. Its always cooked to perfection, not overcooked and never undercooked. Most places cannot get that right. I also don't like talking to ppl, and the ordering here is more Japanese style, you order WITHOUT talking to anyone ahhhhh I love it. However, that isn't so good if you want to know what is most popular or just have questions in general ?

Discovered self- order iPad and waited short time before employee stealthy dropped off drinks at counter and scurried to back. Zero customer service. Drinks were so so, cups were cheap and flimsy, and tapioca were odd-shaped and stale. We would not return and will try the teashop right next door.
