There was a broken candle holder on our table. We asked to change it, but they took it and didn't bring it back. They brought drinks without ice, and we waited too long to get water. The waiter was too slow and busy, so he didn't come...

We sat outside and the heaters made it very warm and cozy. A beautiful evening! We had the steak medallions, seafood skewers, and the flounder. Everything was prepared perfectly and just delicious. Had a nice New Zealand wine and enjoyed our evening.
I never try to leave negative reviews if I can avoid it, but this was probably the worst fine dining experience I've ever had. Took about 45 minutes for an appetizer to come out, and then we didn't get our meals for another 45 minutes. Saw tables seated after us get their meals and pay for their checks before we got our entrees. Management did their best to rectify the situation, so that's the main reason I'm not blasting them with a one star review, but I will probably never dine here again personally. For the price you pay, it was not worth it in my opinion.

For Waco, I think it's a decent restaurant. The service was excellent, the ambience was wonderful. The food (seafood and steak) are not on par for an upscale restaurant given the reputation and the prices. Dallas steakhouses have better steak for sure and similar prices so I would expect either lower prices or better quality food. The dessert was excellent and the wine was as well. Just need to get that excellence in food. But overall we enjoyed our time.

Wonderful dinner! Nice ambiance inside restaurant. I had the Chicken Roulade, which was beautifully presented as well as delicious! My husband had the New York, cooked to perfection with great flavor! We really enjoyed our server as well.

Two hours of sublime chef creations in a romantic setting with quiet, beautiful music, excellent waiter. New cocktails have been added to the already great menu. The escargot with bruschetta is the best appetizer ever!!! We always order it! The variety of homemade bread is divine. My favorite dinner course was the homemade pasta with braised short ribs. Every item on the Valentine menu was delicious. We love the weekly Chef Specials!!

We had a lovely dinner - our server Jessica was amazing ! Our cocktails were delish - I had the maple old fashioned and my husband a classic martini . We ordered the chateau briand which was perfect .
