Did drive-thru for first timers here. Someone took our order in-person by the menu using a tablet (like Chick-fil-A style). We pulled up to window to pay and it took maybe 2 minutes to get our order.. super fast! We got a Rico suave jackhammer and orange freeze. I liked the jackhammer, husband said the freeze had an artificial orange after taste. Very friendly staff, quick, and lots of choices to choose from! I bet we will be back

Has walkin windows and drive thru for choosing and picking custard ice cream. Nice friendly staff and fast service
Stopped in to try it out. 2 guys working and both on a drive through order. Finally got service ordered a banana split for my wife and a pint of chocolate for me. It's 20 minutes later and I still haven't got to try it due to the pint being frozen. Wow poor service and poor product if you want to eat it now
Didn't think I liked custard until I tried the Jackhammer Rico Suave! OmG game changer I mean WHAT!!!! As I'm typing this, my mouth is watering thinking about all the delectable components that made this masterpiece that was exploding in mouth! Just go get you one! The small is plenty I couldn't finish. Also they are super fast friendly and very helpful❤️
Andy’s Frozen Custard located in Waco, Texas is an okay location. The staff seemed friendly, the property was clean overall. The prices were high for the quality of the product that we received. We ordered three different items. A root beer float, a concrete mixer and triple chocolate dish. We didn’t feel great after consuming these items. We have eaten custard at Culver’s many times but since they do not Culver’s in this area that we would try Andy’s. It was overall disappointing. We won’t be trying it again.
