Completely overwhelmed by students, which I guess is to be expected since Baylor is right there. We waited over an hour for ice cream, which was mid at best, maybe go elsewhere.

My recent visit to Andy’s was so disappointing. We ordered a straw-Ana and a banana split. Both came with banana that was no place near ready to eat! They were so green/underripe, it left us with a raspy feeling in our mouth and ruined the taste of the custard, due to the starch. We opted out of eating our desserts and unfortunately tossed them in the trash! I definitely do not recommend anyone get anything at Andy’s that has banana!

Enjoy coming here. Great staff, friendly each visit, even when hectic. Want to mention someone who has great customer skills. With my impairment, she makes extra effort my order is understood or pitches in when I struggle getting my order in. Even if she is in the middle of making orders. It's rare, there been few places where I received extra effort. Last one was during Covid. Whataburger, the clerk came to the locked door and took her mask off so I could understand. That was in 2020. Brittny, if she desires management, would be a great manager.

The best Triple Chocolate custard. My husband gets Key Lime Pie or Lemon Custard. All the flavors are rich and delicious. Super fast service. Lots of parking!
