Great custard!! So many options to choose from. I made a chocolate jackhammer and it was so yummy. Would be helpful for them to post a sign that says they don't accept tap to pay.Parking: Small parking lot, but free with a good amount of spaces.

LOVED this simple and easy it was to order a quick frozen custard cup! And it was just so yummy and delicious! It was near closing time, but the employees were so sweet and friendly. Definitely wish I had one of these in my hometown and sad I don't live closer to one!

Ordered the frozen custard but actually should called melting custard, similar to other reviewer experience. Not what I expected. Kind of disappointed.

Had a great time at Andy's Frozen Custard. We received a 2 for 1 coupon at an event and finally was able to use it. I wish we had one a little closer.Anyhow, we walked up to the front and ordered a Stolen Brownie Sundae and a Pumpkin Pie Concrete. There are a few benches to sit down to enjoy and we took advantage of that. Saw little chunks of crust in my concrete and both items were better than we expected.I can only hope the expand a little closer to us.

Visited Andy's and went through the Drive-thru, service was very fast, almost felt rushed by employee that stands at ur car waiting for your order. But our 2 "Pumpkin Pie Concrete custards" were ready almost immediately, and was far better than I ever expected! Prices seemed a bit high upon first glance, but after I tasted my pumpkin pie pic I was ready to pay it all over again. Store was very clean inside and out. Very retro vibe. Can't wait to go back!!
I was looking forward to trying Andy's when i was in Waco but I didn't get the chance because after waiting in line for about 10 or 15 mins they yelled out the window they were sold out. I understand businesses sometimes run out of items but when one's menu is frozen custard and you run out that's poor organization and management. I would have been willing to give them another opportunity the next time i was in town except the employees seemed to be happy that they ran out and left myself and the others in line disappointed that we wouldn't be served.

Horrible customer experience. After waiting for 30 mins and multiple reminders about our shakes we did not receive our shakes or a refund. Manager was hiding and was extremely rude when she finally decided to do her job.

I encourage everyone to never go to this Andy’s. They just stole money from me and a couple other people. The workers just got mad and did nothing about the stolen money. A truly disgusting store full of horrible human beings.

Came to the store 30 minutes before closing, ordered, waited for at least 15 minutes when multiple people were ordering after us and receiving theirs before us. After waiting awhile we went up to a worker and gently reminded them that we had ordered 2 birthday shakes and haven't received them yet. After getting brushed off, we continued to wait, as time was getting closer to close we had told them many more times and got the window shut in our face by the manger and many other workers who were very rude. It wasn't just us who didn't receive our orders, there were other customers waiting their with us, upset as well. After knocking on the window and getting ignored we went to the drive thru window because that was the only way to get the workers to talk to us. We were then told we were not going to be able to get out shakes anymore. We then were asking for our money back but were refused by the workers and the manger. The manger was extremely rude and was hiding in the back because she didn't want to 'deal' with us, when all we wanted was our money back.
