Will be back! it is our now favorite place to get cinnamon rolls. We got a cinnamon roll and a scone. Absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding and very friendly. The outside sitting area is beautiful and cozy!

Tried Baked Bliss at 9:30am on a Saturday morning, there was no one else there. We ordered two scones, a cupcake, and a cookie, with two cups of coffee. The prices were reasonable, but the food was in no way fresh. The cookie came out all but frozen, the frosting on the cupcake tasted like it was going bad and the cupcake itself was pretty dry. The cheddar bacon scone was dry except for one bite in the middle and the cranberry orange scone was not loved either. Overall the atmosphere was cute and calm, but we were eaten alive by mosquitos and the deck was so wet I was worried we might slip. Probably wouldnāt try again.

My partner and I were in town for a mini vacation. We visited Baked Bliss as we saw they were gluten free friendly. However, we quickly learned that they are more than that. They are friendly people, they bake love and care into every bite. Getting to meet the owner Kim was a cherry on top (of a very yummy cherry almond GF scone)! The treats were so good we had to stock up before we made our way back home. Kim has put so much care into her bakery itās no wonder itās a community staple. I hope more people get to visit and not only taste the treats but experience her kindness too! The shop itself has a beautiful outdoor patio and specks of blue brighten and elevate the space in a magical way. A must visit even if youāre not GF she has delicious treats for all! Recommend the cinnamon roll or the minis (she makes them both gf and reg!!) truly so good we went back the next day during our trip (: also shout out to the cranberry orange scone + quiche!! All delicious!

This was my first visit, and unfortunately, my medical needs were completely disregarded. I clearly stated that I needed a gluten-free kolache, but I was still served one made with wheat. When I returned to let them know, the woman who took my order showed no sympathy, offered no apology, and made no effort to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation.
This kind of negligence could lead to serious health consequences, and itās unacceptable for staff to be so careless and dismissive when it comes to dietary restrictions that involve medical conditions.
Despite the horrible service, I will say the cupcakes were actually very good. But unfortunately, that alone isnāt enough to make up for the risk they put my health in.

Amazing baked goods rain or shine!! Their Seasonal Blueberry cinnamon rolls are my fav. But none is sweeter than the owner, Kim. She was one of the first to welcome us to Waco and always checks on us when we come to visit. Thank you, Kim, for the towel and umbrella during yesterday's storm! You really made our day.
