I have come here fairly often with my family, and even by myself. I typically order the same things, as I have a food allergy and know that the ones I choose are safe for me to eat. Today, 06/28 at 435 pm, I had stopped through and told them my order. They misunderstood me and gave me an extra scoop of a flavor I can NOT have due to my food allergy. I informed the young woman at the window of such, and she took my cup back. Only to hand me the 2 scoops that were in the cup with the 3rd flavor. It is not hard, nor does it come from your paycheck to rescoop NEW ice cream. I could have ended up in the hospital with this mishap.

This is for the owner. Very disappointed in service tonight. Arrived at the 10:00, the car directly front of us in the drive through placed an order and was served. The first thing to us is we are closed. Glad Cold Stone around the corner was open.

I love this place. I always get friendly, attentive service. I love the huge variety of flavors and the child sizes are perfect for my toddler. The ice cream is yummy (I mean it is hard not to love sugar filled cream ?). The atmosphere is relaxed and the variety of seating types is nice with tables and chairs and well as comfy plushier seating.

I recently visited Baskin Robbins with my family, excited to try their ice cream for the first time. We had always heard good things about the place, so our expectations were relatively high. Unfortunately, our visit fell short of those expectations, and I'd like to provide a more detailed review.Upon entering, it was apparent that the store wasn't particularly busy. However, the employees seemed disinterested and inattentive. We stood at the counter for quite some time without receiving any acknowledgment or assistance. This was disappointing, especially when compared to the prompt and friendly service we've experienced at other ice cream shops.In terms of the ice cream itself, our kids weren't particularly thrilled with their choices and ended up not finishing what they ordered. I, personally, chose not to order anything due to the lack of attention from the staff. This lack of engagement on their part made me question the quality of the products they were serving.One bright spot in the experience was the Polar Pizza. It was a unique and enjoyable treat that we appreciated, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to compensate for the overall disappointment.On a more positive note, I must acknowledge the store's interior design. It was well done and visually appealing, creating a pleasant ambiance for customers.In summary, despite the attractive store decor and the appeal of the Polar Pizza, the lack of attention from the employees and the overall indifference to customer service left us with a sense of letdown. We won't be returning to Baskin Robbins anytime soon, and we hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to match the positive reputation we had heard about the place.

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae with all scoops world class chocolate. The sundae was slopped together, the fudge wasn't warm, the whip cream was already melted and it was clumps of fudge all over my bowl. I normally don't complain, but I drove all the way from lacy lakeview to receive this type of service, well it pissed me off. I asked her why does it look like that and she said oh we had to dig the fudge out, I just looked at her, I just threw it in the trash. Wasted my money. Next time I will go in. SMH
