We always have a great experience going to the store. Last week we went there to try the new flavor , Galactic Brownie. We didn’t see it in the counter so we thought it was sold out. We asked, and the owner told us that it’s in the back so next time if we want to have the new flavor without seeing it , we can just ask for it. Yesterday (12/17)we went again, wanting to try it so bad and the employee behind the counter right away said “ No, we don’t have that.” Not even going back to check. We felt not only disappointed but a little lied to. When we got home, we checked the online order system, and it’s available. So today we called for the manager, the staff in the phone said “no , the manager is not here.” We kept asking what time will there be managers, “ No, no manager today.” We’re beyond disappointed not for the ice cream but the working ethic.

My 8 year old and I came for a mommy/daughter date. Her eyes lit up when she saw all of the different games on the tables! We played several of them. The very young gentleman at the counter was super friendly and great with kids! The ice cream was amazing! I love that high schoolers work here. Work ethic from a young age is important.

I asked for 2 scoops of jamoca almond fudge and didn't get what I asked for, it was put into two containers and when I got home just jamoca, the way my brownie sundae was put torture was sloppy. Everything was poorly put together. Visiting from out of town and will not go back to this store again.

There was a piece of cardboard in my brownie Sundae, which didn’t freak me out but I did ask for a remake and they handled it very well. Who knows how the cardboard got in there!! But the experience that really got my review to a 3 was this blonde girl with a brown uniform was touching her hair with her gloves on - and she didn’t change her gloves after instead just continued to work and serve customers!!
Employees are very kind and helpful! I love getting ice cream here after a long day, and I always am very satisfied with my experience

Love having this place in our community. Always a friendly staff and clean environment. Fun little games to enjoy with the kids. We go a few times per month. The owners are local and super nice. Two thumbs way up, keep the good vibes flowing!!
