They charge for using a card without telling you they are doing it. They mix pork in the chop beef and they definitely use old meat from the day before. There is no way my chop beef would be cold to the touch not room temperature but cold at 11am unless it’s from yesterday and the fact it had pork mixed in it don’t sit right with me. I would go on further but I’d rather not a write a free essay of a review lol there really was so much more wrong. Wouldn’t eat here again if it was free.

We were passing through Waco and stopped to try Big Ward's.This place serves very, very good BBQ. The pork and brisket are both excellent. The sides were are all delicious. The sauce is spot on - some sweet, some tang. We ended with Banana pudding and we loved it. The prices are very fair. This is everything you need in a BBQ spot. I wish there was a Big Ward's location in Atlanta, GA!
Beans were great, potato salad top notch, the best I’ve had ( not including my own homemade) sausage great and the Texas Twinkies were very spicy but great flavor. Now the brisket was the spoiler. Stringy sliced with the grain unable to eat, very
Our first time to eat here was in September.as we were driving through Waco. The food was fantastic and we decided then that any chance we get to eat here we would. We had that opportunity today as we are camping about 30 minutes away. Our second trip was just as good as our first. Will definitely be returning. We love the ribs but everything is good. Highly recommend.
Food was good. I definitely thought the brisket and pulled pork were my favorites. My wife ordered loaded fries and wings all was Great. I definitely appreciate the business owners personal touch checking on us to see how our visit and food was. Please support this young brother we will definitely be back.
I hate to say I was disappointed on our visit here. At first I thought the food was going to be great because it is a hole in the wall but it wasn't. The only item that had good flavor was the jalapeño poppers. If you're looking for an overwhelming smoke taste, this is probably a good place to go. There were no fountain drinks, and it was a little pricy. The table we sat at was very wobbly. The staff was nice, but we most likely will not go back.

Came in today around noon & ordered 2 Texas twinkies and 6 piece wings with loaded fries .. I didn’t want loaded fries at all but the cashier said that’s the only way I can get it .Twinkies were AMAZING 10/10 for 2 for $10The wings and loaded fries were $15.99 and I was very disappointed. Ordered hot wings and it was mild to say the lease and lacked flavor and was lightly tossed. The fries were taste less . Salt less … I asked for light light cheese it was drowned , missing the peppers and onions & the brisket was 80% fat .. I was really displeased for the amount of money spent. Ended up giving the food to someone else
