Have been getting takeout here for over a year or more. 99% of the time there is something missing from the order after spending $60-100 for 2-3 persons. And lately the food has been bland and generic at best. The mashed potatoes this past go round had no flavor, the pizookies overdone, avocado in the eggrolls was mushy and way too ripe almost to the point of spoilage, and the chicken parm tough. Not going to be returning any time soon.

Me and a group of 7 came in to get pizookies on a Tuesday for half off and the host was so incredibly rude, the restaurant was half empty, and she would not seat us. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behavior from this location. I will NOT be coming back if this is how they rest their paying customers

I don’t leave reviews often, but as someone in the industry I can’t help myself. I’m visiting Waco, and decided to come in for happy hour. I counted the amount of dirty tables when I walked in. 12… There were more dirty tables than guests at the time. Our server who was incredible. Had to clean off a table for us to sit down. It took her 15 minutes to clear the table because she was busy running her food, taking care of her tables, and greeting those who came in. Meanwhile I see what I assume to be a manger (dressed business casual with a headset on) moved at a pace that would impress a sloth. There were at least two other servers on the floor that seemed to be above bussing tables, and a bartender who… wasn’t behind the bar. During a happy hour? Also didn’t dress a glass (salt and lime) for a margarita. Please google image search margarita. Honestly a little disrespectful to the drink. You could taste the lack of pride in her craft. I tipped our server 50% because I just felt bad she had to work under these conditions. She did great. I fully blame the leadership. All the reviews in the past two weeks have been one star. What’s going on with the management here? Going out is a privilege and is not something that everyone can afford frequently. You should honor that and want to create a positive experience for guests. There are a number of reasons why someone would CHOOSE to go out. Birthdays, anniversary’s, celebrations, or to simply make connections with people. You should want to enhance that experience, and it’s so discouraging to see when others don’t hold themselves to the same standards.

Go for the first time today . Get seated a few minutes after we were sat down a party of 11 gets seated by us. Their waiter comes to get their drink order. We are still waiting nobody comes for 10+ minutes not even for a drink order. We decided to leave

Had an uncomfortable experience at this restaurant. Traveled from a different country and attempted to order an alcoholic beverage. The waitress said she does not accept international passports but offered bring her manager. I told her it was okay, but she still brought her manager and said “this person is the one with the ‘Mexican’ passport. I asked the manager if it was company policy and she said no she is training. From my under And having a TABC certificate, the course trains you on how to identify a person with many different types of identification. When it came time to pay I asked if Apple Pay was accepted and she said “I am not supposed to but I can do it”. That made me more uncomfortable how she can bend several rules to what she feels like she can do.

Our server wouldn't even look at us when speaking , got our drinks wrong , never came to the table to check on us , had to ask the host to get a manager to come get us refills , as we were sitting waiting for 30 mins for the server to return to the table. Sat down at 630pm and didn't leave til 845pm. Server never came back to get bills so just paid with the scan option.

Came to this location for dinner. We go out to eat at lots of different restaurants and often eat at the bj’s in north Texas and its great. This locations service was horrible. My server Elana was so rude. I’ve never had service this bad at bjs let alone any restaurant.

I heard this food is fantastic and this my first time ordering it. Ordered some Nachos DoorDash and all I got was a box full of air and chips!! Barely any toppings and cheese 🙄😩 Sooo disappointed 😔….. receiving a gift card not a refund 🤬 beware this is what you get if you order DoorDash. I’m NEVER eating here again!! P. S. No sour cream either!!!! The Avocado Rolls came bland…..no flavor no seasonings 👎🏾
