The food was excellent the service was great at the beginning until the end and we could never get her to come back and give us our check. It's like she disappeared we could not find her anywhere we waited 15 minutes she was not in the restaurant at all

If zero was a rating I would have selected that. The service was awful and unprofessional. It started with the waitress asking for our drinks but skipping one of the four at the table. That was the first and last drink we had for about thirty minutes. We ordered the sirloin steak with sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts. The sirloin was a square piece of meat with no taste but that's why they serve it with barbecue sauce. The brussel sprouts were burnt along with the sweet potato fries. After ordering a beer, it never made it to the table, so we had to reorder beverages. That took another fifteen minutes. Needless to say terrible experience for family of four...a total of $142! That took another additional fifteen minutes to pay and get the heck out of there. Never again.

The receptionist was very unfriendly. My family drove over an hour away to come here. It was really disheartening. I was raving about BJs in Arlington and decided to drive to this location.I guess my party of seven was too much. She seemed annoyed with my how many kids I had with me (we had four). I guess will drive to Arlington for now.

Worst service ever the Hispanic waitresses were arguing in front of us because they were refusing to work instead one waitress was talking to customers instead of getting orders out. I will never come back here. They are extremely slow and rude and their food is disgusting.

On Wednesday night, my husband I took our son to our favorite restaurant, which is BJ's Restaurant to celebrate his graduation, but our experience was disappointing. The waiter let me know that he was new and he so sorry for the wait so of course I could not blame him, because he has no control of the kitchen and the food was not hot and fresh as expected which was very disappointing as this was my husband and I go to restaurant. We waited over 45 min - 1 hour . Just be served our dinner . Which was not even hot as we at least expected. Very disappointed , I reached out that day after through BJ’s website CUSTOMER SERVICE, but never heard back from anybody through email and I even took the survey the next day and still didn’t hear back from anybody . We still tipped 25 to 30% to the waiter because of course it’s not their fault

Awesome place, especially on highway. Ordered 4 dinners and spent $151.00 I'm livid because both my sons Ordered 2 Sirloins 6 oz.. with shrimp scampi. The sirloin were shaped and size of a golf ball. $75.00 for the 2 steaks. My Chipotle Salmon was outstanding. And daughter in laws chicken Mediterranean tacos, great. I have no problem spending money, but steaks were less than tiny. Service was phenomenal.
From appetizers to dessert, what a great meal! Service, vibe, quality, all exceeded expectations! You can't go wrong there!

Our waitress was Savannah, sweet, upbeat, personal and very attentive. She was refilling our drinks before we were empty and we had 3 growing boys who had been rough housing a good part of the day with us for a birthday celebration. Our visit exceeded our expectations for sure! Our food was delicious and the menu had a very wide variety of choices for us to make everyone at our table very happy because I have some picky eaters. 10/10 will be back! It was a pleasant setting for date night or family fun and it's really hard to find a place that is a nice in between

We had a reservation but weren't seated until a half hour after, even though they were seating tables of 7 and we were 8! Service was slow, and the food came out cold. My husband's burger was undercooked and Even our Poozkie was cold! Usually you can't eat a poozkie because it's so hot. Not a good experience and probably won't return to this location again.
