My husband and I really like the Black Rifle Coffee. Great Company with a great cause as my husband says. No matter where we are Georgia or Texas we simply love the atmosphere and even when we are a little bit in a rush because of work we go through the drive thru quickly. But lately it has been quite disappointing. The last three times we went through the drive thru, were just a bad experiences, one after the other. The first time I got a chai latte, which I honestly don't know why they even named it “chai latte”, it was watery, too sweet and i could only taste the cinnamon, I couldn't even drink it, so, money waste! The second time we ordered two coffees and two kolaches, which according to them is very famous. The two coffees were ok, but both Kolaches came with a completely raw dough inside, so at this time because we were close to the store, we just decided to turn around and ask for our money back, because who wants to pay to eat a completely raw dough? We are just very frustrated with the service of Black Rifle Coffee, but hopeful that will be some improvement. Today 09/19 it happened again, but not in the Waco store, but in Temple. At the very least, we just want what we paid for, and we expect not only good service, but also a good product to eat and drink. Hopefully we will not completely lose our desire for the Black Rifle Company and maybe, but just maybe go back again. (Just tired of giving you guys my money) Sad.

Great place to hang out and relax a bit after travelling. I love their merchandise and make it a habit to buy something new anytime I stop by. The only reason I give them a 4 star is because of the lack of baby changing tables.

First time visiting Black Rifle! Drive through was convenient and the menu was nice. Service with a smile. The nitro cold brew was amazing (I will order a medium next time:)! I splurged and had a churro donut…highly recommend!
