This place tastes exactly like starbucks if not better, I was traveling I was tired I had my kids I didn't know where i was I saw this place from the Freeway I just went there ordered the same thing I would of ordered at starbucks because I didn't even have the energy in 100degrees texas weather to read the menu and I couldn't believe they made it for me and it was even better it was not like watered down or over milked I don't know but omg it was so good it was just what I wanted I hope we have them in Dallas metroplex.

Guy taking orders was helpful. The coffee was undrink-ably bad. My wife and I ordered two different things and neither of us could drink them. It was a very dank taste. Hard to describe -- bitter and chemical-like.

Visited this location for the first time and was amazed right off the bat. I walked in and the retail display really caught my eye, very sleek and clean. The store itself was immaculate. While ordering I noticed the staff had amazing brand awareness, they were mission focused and as personable as anyone can be. Also, the food and drink were prepared and received very quickly. Just a great and refreshing experience compared to other brands. I’m definitely a BRCC fan and have become a loyal customer. Keep up the amazing work and mission! ????

DISRESPECTUL OF ELDERLY AND VETERANS!! WORST COFFEE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER TASTED!!!! YUK!!!!!!!! I thought my first visit was just a mishap, but no! Upon my second visit, I received the same Horrible customer service in the drive-through. They are deceitful and unappreciative of veterans and the elderly. They are disrespectful and laugh in your face instead of giving you the discount you deserve. If they do give you a discount, they act as if you've committed a crime, and they're doing you a favor. The coffee is terrible, I almost threw ? up when I tasted it. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, she blamed me that the coffee tasted so bad. The desserts are nothing special and overpriced. A HEADS UP TO MINORITIES: MOST ITEMS ON THE MENU ARE NAMED AS A REMINDER OF SLAVERY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A RAT OR THE WORM THAT HE EATS. Signed, Elderly Disabled Veteran
