My husband and I had the street tacos and seafood linguine for the first time. We would highly recommend and go would there again. Shout out to Blake our server, he was great. Dim lighting was nice. It can be a little pricey. Btw, the water is filtered three times.

Stayed at the hotel last weekend and stopped into the bar for a nightcap with my fiancé. The bartenders were incredibly friendly, and the drinks were delicious. The whole experience was great. I did not try the food, but can't wait to try it next time we are in town!

This hotel is so beautiful and nice. Check in was really easy and fast. Our stay in this hotel was amazing and wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a place to stay while they are in Waco.
We were told it was a slow day as we noticed we were the only ones dining in initially, but the service and the food were both amazing! The picture does the food no justice. Will definitely be returning!

We had the yogart parfait plus blue berry muffin. and salmon lox. Everything tasted like it was acquired at Costco. Not bad but not exceptional. My bagel was burnt and soggy. The scmere was minimal so not sure how it got soggy. The toppings were fine but again not exceptional. There was only one wait person so he was doing his best but seemed over whelmed. The environment was modern hotel. Clean but not inviting

I dont know how they can call themself a bar and bistro when they can't cook at all. Burnt brea, and my main was drown in sauce that was horrible. Was also a little peved the bartender said he was gonna comp my appetizer because it was burnt and i didn't eat even half of it, and then didn't when he rang it up.

Located inside the hotel, it’s not a standalone restaurant. Service was great, seating was comfortable and he explained things on the menu we didn’t understand as a first time guest.
The pork chops are AMAZING! They deserve five stars on their own. We went around 4pm and there was no big crowd which we preferred.
