This hotel is so beautiful and nice. Check in was really easy and fast. Our stay in this hotel was amazing and wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a place to stay while they are in Waco.

We were told it was a slow day as we noticed we were the only ones dining in initially, but the service and the food were both amazing! The picture does the food no justice. Will definitely be returning!

We had the yogart parfait plus blue berry muffin. and salmon lox. Everything tasted like it was acquired at Costco. Not bad but not exceptional. My bagel was burnt and soggy. The scmere was minimal so not sure how it got soggy. The toppings were fine but again not exceptional. There was only one wait person so he was doing his best but seemed over whelmed. The environment was modern hotel. Clean but not inviting

I dont know how they can call themself a bar and bistro when they can't cook at all. Burnt brea, and my main was drown in sauce that was horrible. Was also a little peved the bartender said he was gonna comp my appetizer because it was burnt and i didn't eat even half of it, and then didn't when he rang it up.

Located inside the hotel, it’s not a standalone restaurant. Service was great, seating was comfortable and he explained things on the menu we didn’t understand as a first time guest.
The pork chops are AMAZING! They deserve five stars on their own. We went around 4pm and there was no big crowd which we preferred.

Had an amazing repeat visit to the Bar & Bistro. Food and drinks were on point. Felt like Norm at The Cheers Bar! Just like we were family!!!

Parking: Can park motor coaches all around the outside perimeter easily!! Plenty of room!!
Pizza. Wings. Beer. And salads lol local craft beer as well as regional and your typical domestics. Slices of pizza are pretty large, a whole pizza comes in 2 sizes and can feed 3 adults (14")or 5 adults (20").Location is incredible. On the ride, a deck that overhangs the river....absolutely fabulous location ? you're almost a fool to NOT come here!

This is a very elegant bar with a great menu and dishes to give it a dash of upscale feel. The cheese board is very nice, and the drinks are expertly made. The prices are a tad on the high side, but that would be my only complaint.

Still one of the best spots in Waco for a meal. The stuffed avocado never disappoints. The drinks were strong and good. The dining area is dimly lit but comfortable and clean. The servers are on their game. He gave clear, honest feedback about the menu.
