Always a good place to go for burgers. Wait staff super friendly. My only gripe being it's a little TOO cold for us inside, but other than that, no complaints here. Will definitely be returning

We ate Veterans Day dinner at this location while traveling. Everyone was so friendly and nice. The food was great and so was the atmosphere. We will definitely eat there again if we ever pass thru Waco again

I just came here for my birthday lunch/dinner and our food was great! The service… not so much. Kiera I believe was her name, showed no interest in her job. It was a busy morning because of Veterans Day, but by the time we sat there were minimal people in the restaurant. The manager was polite. But I’d make sure I’ll have a different server next time.

Food was delicious. Server was over zealous in the beginning asking us to order. I would've ordered a drink but got annoyed with being asked over and over if I ready. I know some people prefer that but when we are ready we usually put our menus down. Music is too loud. I usually wear hearing aides because of hearing loss and the music was too loud without them in. Great place to eat all in all.

Customer service terribly stupid... We came into the bar area sat at the table with 6 people for over 20 minutes.Waiting with no response. Had to walk around , locate someone even though it's eight people walking past us , and nobody would acknowledge that we're trying to get their attention. to be told that we had to be seated by a server in the bar area.And never had to in the last 4 years.I've been coming here. Explain that to the staff and she had an attitude. I stopped displaying 4 to 5 times a week and feed my employees.I probably spent a thousand dollars a month in this restaurant and we're no longer doing so because of the lack of service and compassion of the people that work here. Obviously there a bunch of baylor brats I guess they Hey , just like they're expected and known for.

I have traveled extensively and eaten at many places. I have been very blessed to take pleasure in the most expensive, highest quality places and I have been forced to eat at some of the quick/kid friendly places as well! One of the most important items to me is cleanliness. If the restroom is not well stocked and clean that is a cause for concern. If the staff are not capable of keeping the customers’ most used place neat and tidy, how can they possibly handle preparing my food and getting my order delivered correctly and promptly. I also observe the host and wait staff. The hostess/greeter must be friendly and knowledgeable to win me over. The person holding this position can make or break the business. I enjoy a menu with a variety of offerings. Our family will normally get an appetizer, main course and a variety of desserts. We enjoy a sampling of items. I usually take notice of the presentation of the food and try to post pictures when possible. Our family enjoys distinctive cuisines. We enjoy cooking together and it is fun to experience different food items at unique places. I do believe that the amount of food served should be equivalent to the price.
