Eaten dinner a time or two in past but this time, I ordered takeout at 1:49pm. Told 15 mins. Texted "Here. #2" when i arrived 5 mins early. Response was my order is not ready. Of course not, I'm early. After 25 min I texted again. and same response. No one ever came out. So I left. Just before 5pm I received a call from restaurant asking if I still wanted my order. Nice lady. Very apologetic after I explained. She said they were having computer problems !!! I won't order or recommend takeout from Bubbas ever again.

Good food! Great service! Music was a little loud and it was a little cold inside
They charged us $2 to play their electronic trivia game on the table - after we sat waiting on someone to say hello for several minutes we started playing on the electronic device to see if we were supposed to use it to view a menu and order (hostess did not say a word to us about how to proceed and menus were hidden against a wall (how often are these cleaned if they just go right back against the wall…) We continued waiting and decided to play a round of the trivia. No warning about a charge. No sign on the table. Nothing. We complained and they dropped the charge. But they didn’t get the point - you shouldn’t put something on the table that will charge a fee if it’s used.

My party of 27 and I had an amazing dining experience on Saturday July 6th! We were able to call ahead to ensure a minimal wait. Surprisingly everyone in my party arrived on time (4pm) and were seated right away. We were taken care of by a few waitstaff and every one of them were so attentive and polite. Tish (sp) or Tiff was so great! I would also like to say EVERY PERSONS ORDER CAME OUT CORRECT !!!!! Our food was hot and tasted great. I am from Georgia and was in town for my college graduation dinner. Our party ranged from ages 2-79 lol and there was something for everyone l. All in all my dining experience was top notch from the moment we walked in the door -kudos to the entire staff working that day.
We get that Bubbas is consider a sports bar but was told that it was family oriented and child friendly. The only problem I had with them is the fact that they have one bathroom with a changing table. There is a sign on it that says for family’s. Well when one of the cooks goes in there for 20 minutes it takes the family part away from that bathroom. My 4 month old had a big mess in her diaper and had to sit in it because one of the cooks decided it was okay with him to use that bathroom despite family’s with small children being patrons.
