I had been thinking about wings for 2 days, so disappointing. Had to track down the hostess. Sat waiting for a long time. Never saw a waitress. Music was so loud I decided to leave. Wings are usually excellent at other locations. Not sure about here. Won't try this one ever again.

My son and I came in around 2pm on a Monday. He got wings and I got a salad. I had to send the salad back. The lettuce looked like it was weeks old. Brown and slimy green leaves. They remade it but by the time I got it my son was done eating so we got it to go.

I didn't like this at all. Took forever, food was not good and not hot. Fries were old. Burger was tiny for the price and tasted like it's been sitting in a warmer for awhile. Then you wanna tell your waitress and you can NEVER find her. We won't be back for awhile.

Long wait!!!! Over an hour and a half for food First off let me say that a corporate reasturant should never only have 1 cook. The food was so nasty several times we cane. I waited to review the place just to confirm. My chicken was cold. My sons food was frozen inside. The Service was absolutely horrible and not even an apology from anyone each time. We will not be returning to this establishment ever again. Local customer super unhappy!
Absolutely, unequivocally the worst BWW, I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. This review could be paragraphs, but I'm not interested in wasting any more time on this place. Worst service, low energy, absolutely worst bartender I've ever seen in ANY bar/restaurant anywhere. Fire the manager immediately, because I am a firm believer that an establishment is a reflection of the management.

Every time I decide to come with my friends, regardless if busy or not, the wait time for food is ridiculous. I’m not sure if it’s because we look younger so we don’t come off as assertive or what but the waitresses tend to ignore us and don’t check up as often as they do other guests. Considering how long it takes for food to come out you would think the food would be good and have good portions but NO. The food comes out lukewarm, overcooked, and the dry rub not coated on the wings properly. The last few times I’ve came, we would be there for THREE HOURS not only waiting for food but also waiting for our waiter to give us the check. You guys seriously need to get it together as it seems this has been an ongoing issue!!

Place was very empty so we were seated fast. We were served drinks quick but then waited around 20 minutes for our server to come back to place our food order. Never saw her again and a different server came to take over. We waited over an hour for our food. Wedges that were ordered were brought out about 8 mins after the rest of our food. Other order of fries also came late. When we asked what the issue was we were told they were busy with online orders and that our original server was in the back room because she had a breakdown. The wedges were comped since they were late and 1 Pepsi was comped voluntarily by the server for us waiting over an hour to eat. Pretty terrible experience all together.

One server came, and served us drinks and told us she would be our server…. She disappeared for 15-20 minutes. I went in search or her and found her and told her we were ready to order. She disappeared again and another server came and took over. She took our order and we are now 40 minutes and still not got anything to eat!!! I’d avoid this place if you’re hungry…. I’ve lost 40 pounds waiting!!!!!
