Let's talk about Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't know where to start to be honest with you. When we arrived there was no one at the entrance to greet us. There were two people taking an order in the takeout area, and it seemed like one of them was in training; or that's what it looks like.
I wasn't bothered since I understand that having someone new in training is a bit complicated and stressful.
After they finished with a smile they asked me how many people, and let me decide where to sit. I also noticed a strange, super strong smell when I entered, but I'll talk about that later. When we sat down, the waitress came over and asked us what we wanted to order. You could see on her face that she was tired and didn't want to be there. Although I have to say that she never disrespected us or let extreme disgust affect our experience. They gave us the food and some extra plates that they apparently just "cleaned" since they were completely wet. The food was okay, although I think for the price the quality of the food was meh. ?
But why didn’t I bring up the food like I always do? Well, because the food wasn’t the biggest problem with this place.
Remember I told you about the weird smell this place had when I walked in? Well, when I walked in, I realized that cleanliness in this place is definitely not a priority. The carpet in this place I’m 97% sure has never been cleaned, and I'm also sure that carpet seems to be part of a lot of crazy nights. There were tables with dirty plates that looked like they had been waiting to be picked up for ages. After I was done with my appetizer, the waitress picked up my plate and tried to drop it on that table. Something that she couldn't do because of how packed that table was. When she realized that she could not put any more dirty plates on the table, then she picked them up but let's the table completely dirty. The floor had trash and bits of food everywhere. At one point the waitress even accidentally dropped the fries on the floor of the people at the next table, and even though they changed the plate, the fries just stayed on the floor looking for a way to not be forget and even though they yelled for someone to throw them away, no one picked them up.
There were 4 people in the dining room in total to serve 6 or 7 full tables. That’s counting the person at the bar serving alcohol. So there were actually 3 people. And to be specific, only one waitress.
I don't know how many people are in the kitchen, but the question is, "If the dining room, which is what we as customers see, is in that condition, what will the kitchen be like?" I didn't want to ask myself that question while I was there, I didn't want to have a brain stroke in the middle of the restaurant, to be honest.
Part of the problem is definitely a lack of people. But I don't think the manager of this restaurant cares too much either. I don't think I'll ever go back. I really don't see myself visiting this place again. I love myself enough to find out if I'm going to get sick or not. Good luck to those who work there because I'm sure they are doing their best. I think! ??♂️

I ordered through the app for a quick pickup. Upon arriving I noticed no hostess after waiting at least 15 minutes in the lobby so I moved towards what seemed to be the cash register, still no one in sight but a waitress looking distressed serving her tables. I waited for another 15 minutes until I started messing with the sauce setup that was on display hoping someone would see me. I was approached and pointed in the direction of my package. Got home to find I didn't get my wife's order of her wings and fries.

This establishment will be closed soon if operations continue under the standard that they do. There is a huge risk of becoming sick if you eat here. The state of the whole store is unclean from the dinning area to the bathrooms to the kitchens. The kitchen staff were doing pushups when we looked in the back of house. My wings were nugget sized and we had to send them back and opted to leave without eating. If you attempt to eat here, pay special attention to the general tenor of the staff and how seriously the people handling your food are taking their job. The entire restaurant needs a washout starting with the owner.

With service this truly awful, it might be best for BWW corporate to fire the staff, close for a few weeks, and train an entirely new staff. Never had bad food here. I’ve routinely had awful experiences with the staff.

I ordered during the BOGO for Thursday and only got half the wings so had to drive all the way back from Hewitt to get the other half and they where cold and had hardly any sauce very disappointed
Slow service. They also can't seem to keep staff, probably because of the horribly toxic management. I've had friends who worked there and spoke of how horribly they treat the staff. There are much better wing places in Waco, I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Absolute worst service every single time I come in. I dont make bad reviews lightly, but its repetitive. It's right next to my office so I keep going (that's on me) but it's awful awful service every single time. Slow, rude, ignore customers, kept my change without me telling them too.

This is a terrible place to eat! Definitely not clean, wait staff are non existent and food was ok. Was seated by a hostess that looked like she hated her job and then sat for a good 15 minutes before the waitress came for drinks. Not very busy either. And I read the other reviews after I was already here! Not coming back for sure.
BTW I do t want to fill out another form somewhere else so this can be addressed, obviously the other bad reviews haven’t helped!
